We purchased an original Purple mattress 4 years ago, it has been a great mattress. All of a sudden it was not so great, but Purple customer service handled my warranty claim super fast and now we're on the Purple Plus and it's more amazing then the original.

True to advertising, the purple mattress does not create any "hard spots at the shoulders or hips when sleeping on your side. I have an issue where my shoulders pull forward but when I wake up after sleeping on my back also using the purple pillow, my shoulders are properly aligned! The mattress also stays cool as advertised, so instead of sweating at night I sometimes have to wear PJ bottoms if it is colder in the house.

This is my second purple mattress, I purchased a queen for myself and then I bought a king for my partner and I and we love it. We had a king Tempur-Pedic and it was terrible and cost approximately $5,000. There's no contest, purple is just better and affordable. I've had two back surgeries and needed more support. This mattress is both very supportive and firm but also really soft it's comfortable for any position I highly recommend it.. we also got free sheets with our purchase and they're amazing.

I have gone through 3 other "big name mattresses in the last year and a half..wasted a ton of money..horrible back pain and stiffness every morning..due to a number of issues but the mattresses were not helping....then a friend suggested the purple so I did my due dilligence and read up on your product. with a no hassle return policy I thought...best offer yet....so I gave it a try!!! Heavy thing when delivered..thankfully my neighbor was out walking his dog and helped me get it in the house!!! set it up and sat on the edge and thought uh oh.. I am sinking..is this going to be too soft? But then laid on it and instantly I heard angels sing!!! Perfect!!! I set my base to a zero gravity and didn't need to move the rest of the night!!! Well, I did just to see how side lying felt, but I was just comphy were I was....The best I can compare the feeling to would be boyant...like laying on jello..supportive yet gentle!! that waffle matrix pattern must be the ticket!!!! I love love love this mattress!

I did my research, I compared. I was excited about my new mattress. The first few nights were horrible, the mattress retained heat , my heat. I tossed and turn. But I was willing to give the old college try. I can say within the weeks of me having the mattress I may have had 2 nights of great sleep. That sleep you you wake refresh. It says give it 21 days to adjust, I'm not sure if it every will. I have the purple sheets, I bought new pillows, I've change my comforter to a littler one and I still can manage a great night sleep

First, the instructions tell you to use the special cutting device to rip open the purple bag. The special cutting device and instructions were INSIDE the purple bag. By the time I found them, it was too late to use them. I would suggest putting both in a pouch on the outside of the purple bag with a big arrow pointing to them. Second, there was a mile of plastic wrap surrounding the rolled up mattress. Seriously...a mile! Third, I was informed that the mattress was heavy after I had already purchased it. I'm also a disabled veteran with a shoulder injury, alone and living in the country. You should consider offering in-home set up for people like me, once the mattress is delivered. It took some time but I was finally able to get rid of the mile-long plastic wrap and get the mattress situated correctly. It was kinda cool seeing it puff up before my eyes when I ripped the final plastic covering off. Now for the good stuff...it is really comfortable! I've only been sleeping on it for about three weeks but I am impressed! I read in bed a lot and sitting for long periods is (literally) no longer a pain. I used to wake up with a back ache every morning with my old mattress. I can honestly say I have had no back aches since sleeping on my new Purple mattress. It hasn't given me the BEST sleep of my life but it has been the most comfortable, so I remain hopeful. The free sleep masks were a nice addition as well. Bottom line, it was well worth the money. I would buy one for my guest room except visitors might never leave!

My wife and I bought the bed because we were sleeping on a taco shaped semi comfy bed. I saw a commercial on YouTube and laughed. I went out on a limb without much research and bought it because of the stately net surrounding the 100 night return policy. We bought the queen and two pillows. The bed is as advertised in the sense of support yet cradling. If you're a side sleeper or big **** back sleeper, this bed is for you. I love the pillow and my wife didn't like hers. She just puts another pillow over top since she used to sleep with two pillows anyway. I sleep with just my pillow and I love it.

This mattress is unlike anything you will ever sleep on. I am mostly a back sleeper and it is perfect; however, when I roll onto my sides I do experience a slight discomfort. It might be that my body is still adjusting to the mattress since I did switch from a very, very, very soft pillow top. Nevertheless, I am loving this mattress, but just wish it had a little more give.

As you may be able to guess from the title, I did not love my Purple immediately. I "slept" ( I use that word very loosely) extremely poorly for almost two weeks. I couldn't get comfortable, and when I would sleep I would wake up achy. At the two week mark I said that I would give it a few more days and if there was no improvement, I would send it back. Then, a miracle. I slept like a rock! It was one of the best nights of sleep I've had in months! I woke up rested, and I've slept like a dream ever since. So, if you have alignment or poor posture; take heed, it may take you a bit to adjust. But stick with it! Because it is worth it!

My old mattress would make me wake up in the middle of the night with intense back pain. I finally got fed up with the nightly pain so I decided to look for a new mattress... I decided to give purple a try. I can honestly say that I have zero back pain now and sleep through the night!
