As of 3 months ago, I have numerous buldges, herniations, and other spine injuries after a car accident. My tempur-pedic original mattress (my spring mattress and sleeping in high-end hotel mattresses, too) were not relieving pressure in my back and that was seriously aggravated my injuries, preventing me from deep sleep, and waking me up periodically. But, my new Purple mattress provides my body support without additional pressure/feedback. Maybe you just don't notice it because you're an otherwise healthy individual. But, now that I have injuries, I immediately noticed this essential features difference. Oh yeah, and the Purple mattress is non-toxic (sad to learn that wasn't true for my other mattresses-dirty, slimely industry!). Because I switched from the tempur-pedic, I preferred the Original Purple after trying all 4 Purple models. Overall, I'm so happy I switched to Purple and can't ever imagine switching again :)

The mattress is good, but is not the answer to all sleep problems. It is slightly better than my last mattress, in terms of comfort and sleep quality, but I am still tired when I wake up. It is heavy enough that I dread ever having to move it. However, the sheets are awful. The fitted sheet should be sold separately, since it is okay. But the top sheet and pillow cases were very uncomfortable and I could not get used to the stretchiness.

I just got a Twin OG purp the sheets and 2 purple pillows. Only had this bed for 5 days and the lower back pain I would normally have is gone. I even gave a pillow to my father and he has a normal bed with memory foam topper and said it lines his spine up for great support and comfort. 100% pleased with my mattress and my pillow. Thank you for making a product that improves my sleep as much as it does.

Its tough to buy something like a bed over the internet but we trusted the reviews. My wife is 7 mos pregnant,she looked rested and said she felt rested the night after sleeping on our king size purple. My back feels better too! I just ordered a pillow as well. Thanks Purple-Gerry

So the wife and I got our bed yesterday. Excellent packaging needs a rolls out this way on it. So here is the need to know. When you first lay down its weird your body won't feel the resistance like other mattresses and it take a min kinda feels like you are on firm jello. Let your body become the banana and sink into the jello. It's amazing ( you don't actually sink in its a metaphor) but when your body relaxes it's like you are suspended. No heat transfer with the wife and toddler in the bed at night. For the last few years I would wake up feeling pain in my hips, and like I haven't slept at all. This morning I woke up pain free and well rested. Word of caution if you have stuff to do. Don't lay back in bed you will fall asleep

I struggle with sever neck and back problems, yoga and pain killers some of the only things that help my back feel better, but now I've added this mattress to the list! It's helped reduce my back pain drastically, and it makes me tail bone feel amazing. Thank you Purple

The purple mattress is everything the advertisement says it is, the best of both worlds without the compromise. It's been a very long time since I've been able to sleep on my back comfortably, or on my sides for that matter. My girlfriend and I purchased the queen size purple mattress and two pillows about a month ago. My only complaint is the weight of the mattress, which is honestly not that big of a deal for me. Carrying it up a flight of stairs was a challenge but we made it. Make sure to have enough space to unravel the mattress. Overall the purple mattress is awesome and I'm glad i finally went for it. The pillows are excellent. I have and will continue to recommend this for anyone to try.

I did a lot of research prior to buying my purple bed, so I was super excited when it came in the mail. I waited a while because of the high demand (I took this as a good sign). I was ok with the wait because we were in the process of renovating. Anyway, I was alittle worried at first because it wasn't as squishy as other memory foam mattresses I had tried before but that is the while point. I recently was sleeping on my old mattress for three nights and I missed my purple. My back hurt and I was a mess. I am back on my purple and my back doesn't hurt and I am happy as a clam. I would buy the purple again. It takes some getting used to but once you sleep on your old mattress you will be happy with your purchase.

I absolutely love this mattress. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I can now look forward to going to bed at night and not have to worry about waking up sore the morning after. Thank you Purple. Definitely recommend this mattress for average size individuals or couples.

My original style Purple is the BEST mattress I've ever had. I've had 2 Select Comfort and Beautyrest mattresses. My Purple is not just comfortable, it's comforting. I don't know how else to put it. I sleep well, my much-injured back and neck are happy - I'm happy! My 1/2 Star off would only be because I had a small indentation problem before the end of my first year. I sent pics to Purple on Facebook Messenger, and their response back was my new Purple was on its way! It was literally that easy. I expect my experience was a fluke and now expect to get many years of comforting sleep on my new Purple mattress. Would I buy again? You better believe it! My friends are now buying too! P.S. I have the adjustable frame. Two thumbs up! Less expensive than Select Comfort (by half?) with all the same features PLUS a few more and the same warranty.
