The purple mattress started out strong but it has only been about 8 months now and there are two clear dents in the mattress where me and my girlfriend sleep. There is no longer any support provided by the purple inside the mattress. It's like sleeping on a piece or plywood. It seems the hyper-elastic polymer wears out rather quickly.

I was a little worried at first for not getting another mattress with springs in it but I am very glad that I didn't. The purple mattress is the most comfort I've ever had in a bed, and no matter how I lay down the mattress supports me and doesn't sink, it's amazing. I will definitely be recommending these to friends and family.

As the title says, the hype over these mattresses has kind of set an impossible expectation on them. It has had a subtle but still noticeable impact on back pain. Have to take down one star for how outlandishly heavy and difficult to move that sucker is. Took 4 people to get the king mattress up a staircase and set up. Totally worth the buy if you're settled in where you live.

The bed is the best I have ever owned. I have ordered most of the purple products since I have had the bed. Im not a huge fan of the mattress protector. (I think it leaves the bed a little harder) I am really excited for the pillow and sheet to arrive.

to give my completely honest opinion, I am not a fan of this mattress but my husband loves it and it has helped him so I just go with it. we did have an issue with our first mattress and customer service was incredible and very quick to respond and act and i very much appreciated that.

I bought the Kind mattress and protector, sheets and pillow case, and pillow. I absolutely love the mattress and sheets!!! The pillow I'm not ecstatic about. But, I sleep on it from time to time. I can't explain how comfortable the sheets are. I slept cotton sheets for a few nights until these arrived (the shipping is a bit weird on these items, but worth the wait) and it's night and day difference. Definitely worth the price!

Not only is the bed very firm, but the only thing the company can do about it is to tell you to lose sleep for 30 days and then magically you won't have sore ribs and black eyes from lack of sleep anymore. I'm still approaching my 30 days but still plan on returning it as I am barely able to work at my job due to this lack of sleep. I don't understand how they expect people to just wait it out. Like we don't have jobs or need sleep?

At first skeptical about buying a matress online without seeing in purpose but took time to research and we could not be more satisfied with purchase. We bought this queen mattress for our guest room but had to try it out ourselves first. It's very comfortable and family and guests that have used it have also raved about it. We had just bought a new Green king mattress for the master bedroom before learning about Purple and happily use the incredible Purple pillows on our bed!
