These hurt in my ears. I've tried lots of different inserts, but the AirPods chassis butts up against the cartilage in especially one of my ears and hurts after 10-15 minutes of use. The noise canceling is effective. The microphone sucks (people definitely notice when I use these instead of my iPhone handset), but you're not going to get a better microphone with currently available technology unless you have an actual headset microphone that comes down near your mouth or an external microphone AFAIK.

I rated this as 5 stars due to the excellent features ( active noise cancelling, transparency mode, ease of using Seri and ease of conductivity to blue tooth devices-- all of which are amzing and work well). For me ear fit is so much better with AirPod Pros than with the 1st generation AirPods ( which did not stay in my ears at all) And while the fit is better, I still need some aftermarket "ear hooks/wings" to make sure the Airpods pro stay in while jogging or exercising. According to Amazon reviews of aftermarket Airpod Pro reviews, this is still a significant problem with many people. If the rating system allowed I would remove a 1/2 star, because for the price of this product, Apple should include ear hooks. BTW if you use ear hooks, you must remove them to charge your Airpods as the charging case will not close.

These headphones are basically the jack of all trades. Super comfortable to allow you to wear them for long periods (I had originally purchased normal airpods, but they just did not fit my ears). Good battery life. Super easy to sync to your device. The Noise Cancelling and Transparency mode are just fantastic and allow to use them in listening environments that you otherwise could not. Having them sync up immediately when you put them in, and pause what you are listening to when you take them out is an awesome feature. I also like the ability to just put one in just one ear in certain situations. People on the other end of a phone call tell me they can hear me great when using them (even in a noisy bar situation).

Love the noise cancellation. Works really well on an airplane to quiet the loud engine and wind noise., making flying much more pleasant. Also works really well for talking on my phone. People on the other end of the call hear me perfectly, despite the microphone being up by your ear.

Amazing AirPods Pro! Excellent sound quality and I love that there are 3 sizes for the ear pads. Medium was from the factory, but small fit me best. I don't have to worry about battery life as it's much longer than the AirPods that I retired! Great purchase!!

I have owned the original AirPods and loved them. The transparency feature is great. Ive never like the plugged ear feeling with in-ear headphones. The sounds quality is similar to the regular AirPods, which Ive always been happy with. I bought these on Black Friday at $169. I think Apples msrp of $250 is too steep.

The sound from these earbuds are unlike any Ive ever tried. The fit is so comfortable you forget you even have them in! There are quite a few reviews, tips and tricks on YouTube that helped me decide to buy them. I assume they work best with apple products.

This is an early birthday gift to my daughter. She uses them all the time and just loves the clarity wireless convenience and the excellent Bluetooth distance from her iPhone from one room to the other. She can move about freely without her iPhone on her person! Price is better than it was, too!

Great price and super fast shipping! I had the 1st generation AirPods and it was definitely time for an upgrade. The AirPod Pros are absolutely amazing! I actually wish I can buy another pair just to have for backup. Apple products are always made with high quality and this did not disappoint.

Noise cancellation on these AirPods pros were more amazing than I had though possible. Coming from the old AirPods, these were a welcome improvement. However, the fit with the default tips did occasionally feel uncomfortable. For those of you that do not know, the AirPods do come with different sizes on the rubber tips but I think I will end up getting some more comfortable 3rd party foam tips. Overall, a great product though quite expensive.
