Just got it. Transparently reads out in a soft voice, messages you receive whilst playing music in the background which fades but does not stop completely. Got this because my first generation battery hardly lasted through a 30mins call. Love the design but at first glance thought they might fall off. Would update my review after a month usage. Love it so far.

Stay in my ears way better than regular earphones or Bluetooth ones, including Galaxy Buds/ (I've owned regular and the plus brand and both fall out easily.) AirPods Pro's are also loud with immersive sound. I honestly feel as if I'm in a concert when using them. Great for car rides and dancing in my room. I recommend these highly.

Amazing headphones. Truly don't disappoint. I had second generation and upgraded to the pros and best decision! I mainly use them to workout in and the noise cancellation is the best. I do kinda wish it came with smaller earbuds, the 3 available EarPods it comes with are a little big for me YET they still do the job so not complaining much.

Awesome process. Ordered them to pick up in store which was quick and easy. The new pickup tower saves so much time because I literally went in and received them instantly once I got there. The employee was very kind and understanding. Once the AirPods are on they feel comfortable and don't feel like they're going to come off. I love the audio and how much power they hold for being so small.

Very good product. I am happy I bought it. I was tired of using wired earbuds so I decided to buy the AirPods Pro. This Airpods are a game changer. Definitely worth the money. Would not pay $250 but if they are on sale for around $200 then it is a good buy. I order my AirPods December 20th and delivery date was the 26th but they arrived on the 23rd. Very happy with the experience.

If you have sensitive ears and can't use typical hard plastic iPhone headphones then these are for you... plus they have Noise canceling and transparency mode so you can hear things around you while listening to your music full blast. Great addition to any iPhone

Expected the seal in my ear to be better than it is but that could just be the size of my ears. Tried all 3 tips and none of them have as good of a seal as my last pair of wireless earbuds (Bragi Dash). Other than that they are great. Might try and some memory foam tips I've seen videos on and see if that'll make a better seal to block out outside noise without having to use the noise cancellation option to save battery life.

If you like regular Apple earbuds or the original Airpods, you might like these, but I haven't liked any of Apple's earbud options. After trying all three size tips, I continue to have troubles with them staying in my ears and will have pain after wearing them for an extended period of time. Running with them is frustrating because they want to fall out. Connectivity is spotty in one of the earbuds, will only connect about 75% of the time. That all being said, the noise cancelling capabilities is some of the coolest music technology I've ever seen. You can have it set to regular, noise cancelling (you can feel the pressure in your ears after a while), and transparency which amplifies the sound around you. After a month of use and trying to get used to them, I'll be returning them and trying a different truly wireless earbud option.

The product not as it was mentioned! Had missing item as well as seemed as the quality of music from the AirPods sounded degraded and kept hearing hishhhh sound on one AirPod. than the AirPods 1st generation I have owned. I am not sure if the product I received was defective or not but did not expect this from the purchase. Will try to buy another one from apple store and see if I have any better luck.

I ordered these AirPod Pros thinking they were new, and when I connected them to my phone, it said Dan's AirPod Pros. It was then that my friend pointed out to me that I didn't unwrap any packaging. I just opened the box, and the charger wasn't wrapped up either. Did I just get returned AirPods? It didn't state on the item online that they were previously owned. That's kinda gross.
