The headphones are amazing! Apple doesn't make cheap quality products, we all know that. The sound is amazing the phone calls sound amazing, etc. The only bad thing I don't like about the pods is the fall out of the ears. I bought the silicone hooks on Amazon (which I highly recommend), and problem solved. But I do recommend this item for wireless amazing headphones!!!

I was excited to hear about the Pros. I went from PowerBeats 3 to PowerBeats Pro, and I was excited to try these with the tips for a tighter seal for better sound. They have great sound and almost equal the PowerBeats Pro. They don't fall out when exercising, but I have like, the largest ear holes ever. I had trouble getting the right ear to seal with Apple's fit test, but when I got it, it sounded great! The noise cancelling was so-so. Walking into the gym, it would cut out all noises of the basketball players, but before I could even hear the gym music, the anti-noise was strong enough to identify the song playing. These did best without noise canceling. They'll be good for an office, but the PowerBeats Pro is still better for workouts. The AirPods Pro are a great buy at the price advertised. The issue is the delivery of the item. The item was left at my front door in the box that revealed what was inside. Have you not heard of people stealing packages from porches???? I was home and the delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell. If I wouldn't have been online viewing emails, I wouldn't have known it was at my door. I am really upset about the way this delivery was handled. I won't be having ANYTHING delivered from here again.

Great pair of earbuds and connection was easy. Highly recommend to family and friends. One issue that I have is the case. The lid feels wiggly and makes these noises when moved. Disappointed for the prices I paid but they work amazingly. That is why I give it 4 stars.

I got them and they worked fine for the first week but after that the left one had problems charging and it's been around 3 weeks or less and the left one just does not charge without me spending 10 minutes taking it in and out.

They sent me used AirPods! Do not buy if you are expecting new ones. The seal was broken, the case had some residue and the pods themselves had some leftover earwax on them.

The sound I so clear and the noise cancelling is pretty impressive considering they are not over the ear headphones. I feel like wearing them all the time even when I am just at home and not particularly in need of wearing headphones!

I'm not usually the one to buy into products like this but it's actually 100% worth it. They came safe. Way better than the original ones. Great sound. Great fit. Love ‘em!

I wanted one of these since they came out, delivery was fast, the price is just amazing, thanks for the early Black Friday sale and the sound and quality of these are just great.

Not worth it... they are very uncomfortable after 30 mins of wearing. They don't stay in my ears. I've brought different accessories to help but none do. If I could return them I would. Don't waste your money.
