Only reason for not getting 5-stars is they Got rid of the tap function from the Non-Pro version. Ie you don't double tap to answer a call. Everything is done by grabbing the stem(s). Just different if you HS the old ones. They're great, just a slight adjustment.

I cannot say whether or not they are good or bad. The unit I received via walmart.com was previously used as it had ear wax on the buds and the buds were named by the previous used. I returned them last week and they are still "in transit". My replacement pair won't be shipped until the ones I returned arrive. I live one state away and it has been six days already with an expected arrival date of 1-15-21. Do yourself a favor and never order anything from Walmart online.

I've used for about a week now and I'm absolutely in love with my AirPods Pros! I work in a noisy environment and when I eat lunch in the break room it gets pretty loud. Put these babies in and the world goes silent! The music sounds great and how much you have control on what you want to hear. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of earphones.

Apple products are always good quality, but are very poor about providing detailed instructions. They are also notorious for not working with other manufacturers. I was unable to hook the air pods to my tv or my home phone, which are both bluetooth compatible. They do work great with iPhones and Mac computers and I imagine they would work with Apple TV.

Overall the product is amazing, a HUGE upgrade from the last generations! The only problem I ran into is having the ear buds in your ear after a long period of time (Hour plus) but I think its more me then anything else.. It takes time to get used to them! But over all one of the best wireless earbuds out there

These are a great pair of truly wireless earbuds. I had the regular Airpods and the Powerbeats Pro for a brief period of time before I returned them. They both had good sound quality and nice features but the fit of them in my ears did not work well. The regular Airpods (not the Airpods Pro) were too small and would fall out of my ears with the slightest head movements. The PowerBeats Pro was too large and painful when wearing. However, the AirPods Pro gets the fit just right. They include interchangeable ear tips that allow you to select whichever is the most comfortable. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation and transparency mode are also super cool and work well. Also, the size of the case they use to charge is perfectly pocketable and includes wireless charging if that's how you would like to charge them. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants an amazing pair of true wireless headphones.

Bought these for my wife and she loves them. We are new to Bluetooth, and are older, so figuring out how to use them took some time looking for instructions on the internet (documentation that came with it wasnt very good a was very tiny print). Figured them out and now shes very happy.

This is my second pair of the AirPod Pro earbuds. My first pair was stolen and I identified the location but the police have been less than helpful in getting them back. At any rate. I spent the money for another pair for my iPhone because the first pair were great. They pair easily with the iPhone, fit well with the adjustable earpieces (though changing them out is challenging). The sound quality for music is good (not quite to the standard of the Bose which I have but is good as a general rule). They cancel the outside noise enough to stay focused on your conversation and eliminate the vast majority of extraneous distraction but allow enough in so that if there is something that need attention you know it ( a child crying or something). The battery life is phenomenal on the new set. I replaced my original AirPods with the Pro's and have been much happier with them than the originals regarding sound and fit. Overall a really good buy worth the money. I highly recommend these to iPhone users as I do not think they pair with Android devices (not 100% sure on that but read it somewhere). My wife used them while speaking with someone on my phone and likes them so much she said she would like a pair. She has always had the cheaper "horse collar" type headphones. Maybe I know what to get her for Christmas this year.

I lost one of my AirPod 1 buds and so I decided to upgrade to the pro. I miss the double tap feature but Im getting the hang of pressing my AirPod pro to answer/hang up. The noise cancellation is great. I was spectral to purchase the pros since some of the reviews claim it doesn't fit their ears well. My friend said the same thing. I tried on my friends AirPod pro before purchasing and realized that he wasnt inserting it into his ears all the way. They give you three different ear insert pad sizes. Im a female when small ears and the smallest one fits me well. It doesnt fall out of your ears unless youre wearing it wrong. Ive ran and sweat with it on. no Issues. I just wish the battery life lasted longer like the first generation. Other than that, all good!

As much as i was excited and thrilled about pre ordering the airpods pro, my excitement was so short lived that i could not make any excuses to convince myself that it was something that im not seeing as the reason why these would not fit me. I went on a walk with the noise cancelling seal in action and these expensive puppies would not stay in place. I changed the rubber tips to other sizes and still no luck at all. I was so disappointed when i had to let them go. The features are great though, don't get me wrong. The noise cancellation worked perfectly fine, its the fit that is the problem. Not meant for all earlobes. The old design is still a non issue for the fit.
