I didn't notice a change in her appetite or reaction to the dry food; she ate it just the same as our previous brand. All in all, I personally feel that the Iams Proactive Health line is a pretty good fit for the dog food that I currently buy. However - those seeking a more "superior" product might not be a fan of this food. Even though the first ingredient is chicken, most of the ingredients that follow are grains and a couple of controversial ingredients like beet pulp and brewer's yeast. A couple of quick clicks on the internet lead to reviews that deem the product's ingredients "below average," which might concern those looking to try the Iams Proactive Health line.

My family has been using this kind of iams for YEARS! It’s the only dog food we’ve never had issues with, it keeps my dogs in good shape and very healthy. Before finding iams other food messes with my dogs stomachs giving them diarrhea, or vomit but I’ve never had an issue with any of my dogs stomachs after eating this! I’ll forever use iams with my pets! This brand is very safe and reliable and trustworthy seeing as I haven’t had N issues or known anyone to have any!

My dog seems happy with this food! She has been on the regular chunks and minichunks throughout her life. She seems to enjoy it most days (I imagine it gets a wee bit tiring eating the same thing every day). Her step-sisters always REALLY want her food so it must smell good to them too haha

But let me tell u she is very picky when it comes to what type of food she eats and if she doesnt like it she will just leave it. So tjat is why i was a bit hesitant in giving her a try of this food but let me tell.you SHE LOVED IT!!! Was even licking the bottom of the tray!!! We want to make sure it is high in protein and not grain and corn as the first ingredient. Our dogs loved this food when they tried it and we are making the switch to it permanently. Something else that is important is cost we are like most right now and try to watch our spending so making sure we get what we paid for is important this dog foo is just that

So I really like Iams dog food, but since we have 2 dogs I did have to find an alternative due to the price. We typically go through about 50/100lbs a month in dog food. No complaints with Iams- they offer great flavors! These mini chunks are great for large or small dogs.

I have been feeding my girls Poodle and Maltese Iams for about 5 yrs now they love it Fussy for years Ebbie black poodle 16 yrs old Sweetie maltese 6yrs old I have a maincoon cat very finicky wont eat anything ugh!I accidently order Iams cat food figured ill keep iit since i ordered it online I am 81 yrs old dont go out much with this Virus HE LOVED YOUR CAT FOOD Thank you for solving my problem Buddy is the cats name he is 3 yrs old He is the hero loving Iams today Thank God Love this guy sooo much happy to please him at last Thank you again

My dog just loved these mini chunks. They are easy for an older dog to chew and seem to digest very well. My dog thought I filled her bowl with treats...she ate them up quickly and was looking for more! All the nutrition my dog needs in a flavorful nugget.
