Our pups love this food. We have 3 dogs ranging in age from 6-12 and in size from 13-65 lbs. Iams is not an expensive brand but unlike other cheaper foods the ingredients were more straight forward and didn’t include vague words like “animal fat”. This is not an expensive food and is easy to find at local grocery stores.

We just started our Dane on this food. He’s really liking this food and has no trouble eating it. At times he tends to be picky but not with this food. He also likes that the food consistency is smaller because he tends to pick at larger food chunks.

My dog is 10 years old and has always had a sensitive tummy so we usually don't switch her food. Due to cost savings I thought I would try again. Unfortunately it still made her sick but it wasn't as bad as past experiences with other brand dog food.

Our dogs loved this brand with no side effect (nasty doggie diarreah) or problems. They are still eating it like crazy and love when they hear or see me get the bag out to feed them :) This will be our permanent dog food from now on :)

They acted like it was their treats! I am so excited to have found a nutrious dog food that my babies actually like! I will continue to buy this dog food for them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So right as I was invited to this campaign my husband purchased the Iams® ProActive Health™ MiniChunks, so we kind of have a head start. We have a 5 year old Basset Hound (named Roxanne). Roxy seems to like this formula very much. The smaller chunks are less of a mess when you have a drooler like our baby (so that was points for us). I was very impressed to read the ingredients on this product, it contained so many "real foods". It is comforting to to know we are giving our 4-legged baby nutritious power packed food, with ingredients I have actually heard of! We will be buying this again!

Our dog has a sensitive stomach & can only eat Iams. One time they changed the formula & we thought it was making the dog sick but the company got right back to us with the ingredients & offered a refund. We did not accept the refund because we felt the product was good and wasn’t what made him sick

I usually care a lot about the ingredients of the food I give to my Niko and I was very surprised with the quality of this product. I always have to put any kind of meat so he would eat it, but in this case he ate it without problem!! I was very amazed

This is what I pick up for my dogs when I don’t have the time to go to the specialty dog food store where I buy their normal dog food. It gets the job done and as far as low cost dog food brands go, I think it’s a great substitute for what I normally feed my three beasts. It’s a nice middle ground for three very different types of dogs (an AKC cocker spaniel, a 100 lb American Bulldog, and a grumpy 9 yo pug-chihuahua) and they all seem to like the taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before switching to Iams, my dogs were on a cheap, chain store brand dog food. Used to inferior ingredients, the change over to Iams, was difficult for about a week. There were some refusals and even some disdain on my dogs faces. However, slowly but surely, they began to consume the produce, and what started out as a battle, seemed to bring them enjoyment by around the end of the first week. Now, my dogs have completed the change from moist, inferior food, to the dry, nutritional iams alternative. Their picky nature at the start, has been exchanged for excitement for this product. They seem to enjoy it, and I enjoy knowing I am giving them a far better alternative to what I was originally offering them. It makes me feel more confident as a pet owner, that I am providing them with the best available, instead of what is convenient. Switching foods, is difficult for everyone, humans to four legged friends, so while it may seem like a lost cause, at first, just know, eventually, your pets will accept the alternative, and like in this case, may enjoy it far more!
