I love the high protein content and more natural ingredients. The strawberry flavor and creamy coating are a great combo. I keep one of these in my bag at all times for whenever hunger strikes!

The Macros and calories are better than my current protien bar but this one just didn't cut it for me. It has the chalky old school protein bar taste. I tried to eat more to see if it got better but I couldn't even eat half. Sorry Specail K, let me know if the recipe inproves and I'd love to try again.

When I look for a protein bar I look for 1 gram of fiber and 1 gram of protein for every 10g of carbs. This fits that, tastes great and keeps me full until lunch! I hope they make more flavors but it's pretty hard to top peanut butter chocolate...

Of course these don't taste as great as the cereal bars, but they’re way better than most protein bars. Helps to keep me semi-full until lunch or supper time. Not costly found in grocery stores and supermarkets. For children and adults, & elderly who has hardly any movement in jaw. I recommend this protein bar for anyone who wants something sweet! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried these Kellogg's Special K protein meal bars. The outside is chocolatey and the inside has the peanut butter. It seems to be a rice cereal, protein and pb inside. The protein taste is a little more forward than I like and the inside seemed really simple. I would like some other texture like peanut pieces. Overall it's ok, price is reasonable and a great amount of protein.

That’s not uncommon with protein meal bars so I think most people would expect that. But it is not like the normal special K bars in that regard. I did eat one for dinner last night and it was enough and kept me full and I was not craving something else to eat.

They have a great flavor, not too sweet. I have had these as an midday pick me up instead of caffeine or candy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to try these. Will buy again, for sure.

It was very tasty, and I like the slight crunch of the bar. I had it as breakfast after a workout, and I felt like it did a good job at restoring my energy level. I'd also like to try the Chocolate Caramel and the Strawberry flavors soon.
