I preferred the Special K hands down. There is no gritty texture, it was easy to bite into and chew, and the overall flavor was tasty. I would choose the Special K brand hands down.

Chocolate Peanut Butter is my favorite. A great on the go meal for when you're busy at work or school. I would recommend Kellogg's Special K Strawberry Protein Meal Bars to family and friends.

Its perfect for that afternoon snack when you just need something to hold you over until dinner time. Its a great snack to keep in your bag so that you can curb those hunger feelings and not have the guilt. A definite must have for any pantry!

This definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and hunger. Next I would love to try the blueberry, and the chocolatey chip cookie dough flavors.

Easy to carry single packs perfect for someone like me who is always on the go and no time to make breakfast. I also took them to work with me and it got me thru those mid afternoon cravings, also was a great treat after my gym work out as well. I love the flavor, creamy yogurt coating , soft and chewy with bits of yummy strawberry in every bite.
