I also love how the white coating is so smooth tasting! I will be purchasing some more soon and im so excited to try the other different flavor special K protein meal bars.

These protein bars do not have the gritty texture that many comparable choices do. They are loaded with great ingredients and are an excellent meal replacement choice. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a protein meal bar or a quick breakfast or snack option to have on the go. We loved the strawberry flavor and the great soft but chewy texture of the bars. The strawberry coating wasn't too thick, it was the perfect ratio for the bar. I noticed my sugar cravings subside and we all felt satiated after one bar. They fit great into our workouts and don't add too many ineeded calories. Easy to slip into a gym bag or purse. We can't wait to try the blueberry variety.

I took it before I went to the gym and it helped me by satisfying my hunger for over 3 or 4 hours.I usually have a hard time of snacking after the gym but not now when I eat this before I go.
