There's a nice light crunch for texture. They are a little small. I also wonder how good for you they really are with how sweet they are.

The texture was perfect as it wasn’t too hard or too soft. It had a nice chew to it and a natural chocolate peanut butter flavor. It was sweet enough without being overly sweet.

They are pretty small for a meal replacement and I felt like I needed to eat something else along with it. Just the right amount Strawberry flavor to make them sweet & crunchy. The outer coating adds a creamy taste so it ends up almost being a Strawberry Cream taste! I've been having one as a late afternoon snack and it does the trick to get me through the rest of the afternoon until dinner.

It’s a protein bar, but unlike other protein bars, it doesn’t have that cardboard taste! Very surprised at that! I had one of these with a banana for my meal and I was full for 4 hours. I would recommend this brand of protein bar over any other I’ve tried.
