Oh it actually kept me full for a few hours until lunch. It is easy to grab and go in those busy mornings. I am excited to try all the flavors now especially anything to do with chocolate.

Each bar fills you up in place of a meal and keeps you full till the next meal. I enjoyed eating these and will definitely be repurchasing the Strawberry flavored Protein meal bars.

I love how convenient it is for those times when life has me on the go. They’re individually wrapped so I can just toss one in my purse. I don’t always have time to eat so these are the perfect solution. With 12 grams of protein it really curbed my appetite until dinner. The texture is crunchy and chewy. The filling has bits of strawberry covered cranberries. The outside is covered in a creamy layer of yogurt. Together all the ingredients make a delicious, flavorful, mouth watering bar.

Too hard and kind of bland taste. I hate to even type it but promised to be honest. While it's not my favorite I know others are going to love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting this to be chalky and just bearable to replace a meal or get some protein when I'm super busy with my twins and forgot to eat. But I actually really enjoyed eating it! It was more like a treat than a replacement meal. Yea the very first bite you can tell it's got that protein-y taste but it kind of fades and I just enjoyed the chocolatey peanut buttery goodness. My kids thought they were chocolate candy bars so I cut some into little squares and let them munch on them when we were out and knew lunch would be late. I am actually excited to try some of the fruit flavors because they'll prolly be even better at hiding that protein-y initial taste.

I had one every morning for an easy on the go breakfast and it made me satisfied for hours. I love that it has a good amount of protein in it.
