I am really looking forward to trying other flavors. I recommend this as it's a great snack in the go for a quick pick me up. It's fortified with 12g of protein which kept me full for a good while.

Imagine eating a yummy candy bar, without being guilty of short-changing yourself on nutrition. I compared the nutritional content of this product with that of two products in the same category produced by other manufacturers. This product rated last of the three, in that respect. (The other two candidates, while also resembling candy bars, were relative duds in my taste test). I'm not saying that a steady diet of these would be a healthy/appropriate diet for anyone but moderation is a wonderful thing & so are these bars, My whole family loves them and will be purchasing them in the near future.

I love how convenient it is for those times when life has me on the go. They’re individually wrapped so I can just toss one in my purse. I don’t always have time to eat so these are the perfect solution. With 12 grams of protein it really curbed my appetite until dinner. The texture is crunchy and chewy. The filling has bits of strawberry covered cranberries. The outside is covered in a creamy layer of yogurt. Together all the ingredients make a delicious, flavorful, mouth watering bar.

They gave me the energy I needed to recharge after my workout and also are a good quick grab and go breakfast choice that I can eat while I'm driving or as a quick snack mid day. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

And after not having lunch, I ate one of these to satisfy my hunger and it certainly did. It was not like most snacks where I still feel hungry afterwards. High in protein but would prefer calories to be a bit lower. Recommend to others.

Not when it is made by Special K, has only 12g of sugar per bar, AND has 12g of protein! This is a good, not too sweet, deliciously peanut buttery, and chocolatey treat! It is my new favorite snack!
