I love how convenient it is for those times when life has me on the go. They’re individually wrapped so I can just toss one in my purse. I don’t always have time to eat so these are the perfect solution. With 12 grams of protein it really curbed my appetite until dinner. The texture is crunchy and chewy. The filling has bits of strawberry covered cranberries. The outside is covered in a creamy layer of yogurt. Together all the ingredients make a delicious, flavorful, mouth watering bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a longtime buyer of the Special K Protein Meal Chocolate Peanut Butter bars. I use Amazon's subscribe and save option to have them delivered every month because I have one of them for breakfast every day. That said, I took a bite of my most recent delivery and realized something was different. The taste was slightly off. I compared my newest box to my previous shipment and realized that Special K had changed the formula! (The packaging is also slightly different: use-by date is in red on top of the box, red 'good source of antioxidant vitamins C & E' added to the front, now labeled 'naturally flavored' instead of 'naturally & artificially flavored' and '170 calories, 3.5g sat fat, 250mg sodium, 15g sugars' now prominently on the box front.) The bars went from 180 calories to 170. Carbohydrates from 25g to 23. The ingredients have also appeared to change. I will try to add pictures of the ingredient labels to the product pictures for those interested. Overall I did not like the taste, most likely because I've been eating the same bar for months (over a year?) and the change was startling. I loved the old bars and I am unsure if I will continue to order them now. Just an FYI to previous buyers. I have added the pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to lose weight and when I tried this Special K strawberry protein meal bar, I was shocked at how good it tasted. It also helps curve your hunger and is good for a meal replacement. I absolutely loved it and so did my family.

It’s a protein bar, but unlike other protein bars, it doesn’t have that cardboard taste! Very surprised at that! I had one of these with a banana for my meal and I was full for 4 hours. I would recommend this brand of protein bar over any other I’ve tried.

And after not having lunch, I ate one of these to satisfy my hunger and it certainly did. It was not like most snacks where I still feel hungry afterwards. High in protein but would prefer calories to be a bit lower. Recommend to others.

The bar was satisfying and filling. The texture is nice, not hard or difficult to chew, like some protein bars. The nutrition facts were fantastic, with only 6g fat, single digit sugars, and double digit protein. This was a requirement from a nutritionist I have visited in the past... single digit sugars, double digit protein. These bars are a nice change from typical protein bars.
