[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Kellogg's Special K protein meal bars are great for on the go meals. They are easy to transport being in individually wrapped portions. I selected the strawberry bars. They are thick in texture and very filling. The bars are naturally flavored and have 12 grams of protein with low sodium , sugar and fat content. I really enjoy them after working out. I keep one in the car as a pick me up when needed.

I think it tastes pretty similar and I love that this has just the right amount of protein. I will definitely be going to the store soon and stocking up on this snack. I am a delivery driver and this is an easy snack to get a couple bars to keep my energy and protein up while working.

It did a good job at satisfying my hunger and is definitely something I will continue to buy. I think it really helped with keeping me energized and my blood sugar levels good for awhile too. I look forward to trying the blueberry, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolatey chip cookie dough bars now that I know how satisfying and delicious these protein bars are to me.

Both my beau and I really love strawberries so having a protein bar that featured this flavor made us really want to love these bars. Unfortunately, they are terrible. They taste weird and strong in a very unpleasant way. We both only ate one of them, and it was difficult to force it down. I will not be seeking out other flavors of this bar.

I guess it really depends on your tastes, and I prefer something that is not dipped, adding to the sweetness. The flavor is artificial, again the coating does not help. It's almost chalky and very artificial.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor & chocolate coating were nice but the texture was a bit grainy and dry. I recommend eating this with a coffee or milk type drink. I don't typically eat this type of bar but I have been trying to lose weight & make some changes so I wanted to give them a try. All in all it wasn't bad. If you are expecting it to taste like a candy bar you will be disappointed. If you expect it to tast like a protein bar, you'll love it! It does satisfy your hunger and did keep me full for several hours which is a big benefit when trying to slim down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the strawberry protein meal bar until I actually tried it. First, the packaging makes the bar look larger than it is. I know this is common practice, but disappointing, nonetheless. Moving on to actually eating the meal bar, the first bite I had I was expecting something fantastic because it has the extra icing on the end pieces. Sadly, I found this bar to be extremely grainy - not quite as bad as eating sand but close. It leaves behind a bunch of grainy pieces in my mouth after every bite. Not the worst thing ever but it's not that pleasant to eat. Then, where the heck is the flavor? I mean, I could not taste any strawberry at all. Not even a hint of strawberry. I saw little red pieces in the bar that made me think there would be a strawberry taste but no, there just wasn't. Hopefully it'll hold me over for a little while, but I can't say I'm excited to eat any more of these. I might try the peanut butter or chocolate caramel if I can find them anywhere in stores, but I certainly would not be buying the strawberry ones in the future, nor recommending them. They are too expensive to be that lacking in flavor or in enjoyment in eating them. The one good thing is they were so lacking in flavor there was not a gross aftertaste that you sometimes get with other protein bars. I guess that makes them okay.
