[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kellogg's Special K Protein Strawberry Meal Bars were surprisingly filling! I had one as a lunch on the go and it kept me full and satiated until dinnertime! It is a protein bar, so it has that gritty taste, but the strawberry flavor muted that out. It is a tad on the sweet side, but otherwise pretty good meal replacement bar!

I appreciated the true strawberry flavor that this had, and I really enjoyed the substance of this meal replacement bar too. I paired it with a black coffee and was surprised with how satisfied I felt and how full I felt after eating. I’d definitely purchase this flavor again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just say that these are the best protein bars I have ever tried. They blow away its competition on the basis of taste! Imagine eating a yummy candy bar, without being guilty of short-changing yourself on nutrition. I compared the nutritional content of this product with that of two products in the same category produced by other manufacturers. This product rated last of the three, in that respect. (The other two candidates, while also resembling candy bars, were relative duds in my taste test). I'm not saying that a steady diet of these would be a healthy/appropriate diet for anyone but moderation is a wonderful thing & so are these bars, My whole family loves them and will be purchasing them in the near future.

Ok I've been eating these for over a decade and the last box I just purchased is noticeably different. The bars are thinner, there are now random chuncks of chocolate and peanuts in them, and they taste like rancid peanuts. They used to literally taste like a candy bar and were delish. These are simply awful. This will be my last purchase unfortunately.

They gave me the energy I needed to recharge after my workout and also are a good quick grab and go breakfast choice that I can eat while I'm driving or as a quick snack mid day. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter variety of Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bars, and I liked them. The bars have a good amount of protein, fiber, and other nutrients. The texture was pleasant and I felt satiated after eating it. However, I am a huge fan of peanut butter and I felt like the chocolate taste overpowered the peanut butter in these bars. I'd like to see that mix be more balanced. I am looking forward to trying more flavors of the Special K Protein Bars. In particular, I am excited to try to Brownie Batter flavor.

As a mom of 2 toddlers sometimes I don't have time to eat. Kelloggs protein bars are a great choice for me to ensure I get nutrition to keep up with my kids!
