We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We value your feedback, and we've relayed it to our Research and Development (R&D) team. Your input is vital in helping us improve our products and ensure that we deliver the best possible experience to our customers. In case this helps, we do offer an unscented Dawn, which you can learn more about here: https://dawn-dish.com/en-us/products/dawn-free-clear-ez-squeeze-dish-soap-unscented/

Firstly, thank you so much for your loving and using Dawn. We're so very sorry to hear that this has been your experience with this dish soap. We're always looking for ways to improve our dish soaps, so we sometimes change the scent of our products after getting positive feedback during extensive consumer testing. However, while scent perceptions and preferences will vary from person to person, we never expect the scent to be so strong that it makes users feel sick when used as directed. Please discontinue using it. This isn't something we take lightly, so we'd like to connect, make a report to our Quality and Safety Teams, and help you with this. Please call us at (800) 725-3296.

We appreciate your incredible loyalty to Dawn, and we're sorry to hear that this has been your experience with the scent. Since we're always looking to bring you the latest innovations, we do put a lot of thought into creating features that we think you'll like. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of our team. We'd also like to mention that we offer a variety of scents, so you may want to give another Dawn version a try. If there's anything more we can help you with, please give us a call at (800) 725-3296.
