Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you're feeling much better. Our Dawn products are put through rigorous safety tests to ensure they're safe for use. We understand that scent sensitivity can vary from person to person, and we're sorry to hear you were feeling sick from your Dawn Platinum Green Papaya. If you have not done so, we recommend discontinuing use. We want to learn more about your experience, please give us a call at (800) 725-3296, anytime from 9:00AM-6:00PM EST.

We thank you for sharing your feedback on our recent change to Dawn Ultra Original. We know this is the first change in over 10 years, and that scent preference can be very personal. We're sorry to hear you are not a fan of the new scent. Please rest assured that we value your feedback greatly, and we will relay it to our Research and Development team. We'd recommend giving our Dawn E-Z Squeeze Free & Clear Fragrance-Free a try, as it has all of the cleaning power of Dawn with no added scent. We'd love to hear more about your experience and help you locate this version of Dawn. Please give us a call at (800) 725-3296 Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible results with them. As well, we put a lot of thought into creating features that we think you'll like, though we understand that preferences can vary from person to person. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of our team. We'd like to mention that we wouldn't expect Dawn to impart the product scent into your dishes. However, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, it's possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous. It might help to know that cast iron and plastic items can absorb flavors. Do not soak porous items; wash immediately and rinse thoroughly. We hope this is helpful. As well, if you'd prefer a lighter scent, we recommend giving our Dawn Free & Clear a try. If you'd like any further assistance, please give us a call at (800) 725-3296.
