The refreshing rain scent really smells horrible. I used it for a week to see if it would grow on me also because I don't like throwing out things but it still stunk. I had to throw it away. What were you guys thinking with this scent. It smells like musty urination.

I've been a diehard fan of "blue Dawn" for years. The scent was mild and not overpowering and it was the best at cleaning the dishes! I've also ised it MANY times in concoction with other ingredients to care for skunked doggies. I bought a bottle the other day...the scent is nauseating and I don't know why! My apologies...but if it ain't broke...don't fix it!!

I am in love with this scent! It's always a plus when you love the smell of your dish soap because you spend most of your time washing dishes right? Dawn is a great brand as it is. It foams well, kills grease and doesn't run out as fast as other dish soap.

I’ve used Dawn my entire life. The new scent, Refreshing Rain, of Dawn Platinum is horrible. The scent is so awful that I will be giving this bottle away and changing to a different brand. Add new scents, but please keep the light original scent that so many of us have loved.

I've used dish detergent for years to pretreat stains on clothing. It's what my mother taught me to do to remove greasy food stains. I used this on my sons shirt last week and it faded it. I'm 49 years old and have been doing this for years and have never had this happen. But, this is the first time I've used this particular product. Does it contain bleach? The label doesn't mention bleach. I'm so disappointed. It was such a cute shirt. I guess I'm back to my Gain dish soap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used original Dawn for years. My sister gave me a bottle of Platinum Power Clean when we were doing Thanksgiving dishes. It was exactly what the label said, it was like having "the power of an overnight soak". We didn't have to soak the greasy turkey roaster and other pans. We were done with the dishes in a jiffy and were able to relax with the rest of the family.

The fresh new scent Dawn dish soap is horrible! It stinks! It smells like somebody’s bad perfume. It doesn’t work like original Dawn and I want the original Dawn back, but I can’t find it anywhere. I am very unhappy that this scent is sticking to my plastic cups and when I pour my milk in my cup, even though I rinse that cup out very well repeatedly, I smell perfumy detergent instead of the milk. Stop messing with Dawn dishwashing liquid. You’re ruining a great product!

I am usually a Palmolive user. I was curious to see if Dawn ultra Platinum was as good at cutting grease as the commercials showed and decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and have now switched to this versus my once favorite staple of Palmolive. Kudos 👏 to you...you succeeded in adding me as a customer thanks to this product.

Dawn Platinum never disappoints! This dish soap cuts through grease and food residue effortlessly, making washing dishes so much easier. The Fresh Rain scent is really pleasant and not overpowering. Plus, a tiny amount goes a long way, so this big refill size lasts forever! I also love that it's gentle on my hands while still being super effective on tough messes. Definitely a must-have in my kitchen - I wouldn't use anything else!

The new scent is horrible and offensive. I had to air out my kitchen and the horrible fragrance took hours to dissipate. This new scent is extremely unpleasant and way too intense. Since so many consumers like myself have fragrance sensitivity, I really do not understand why you do not make an unscented version.
