I have two Hero 13s plus the addition lens's. I go from whitewater kayaking to skiing. Most versatile camera ever that allows me to record in high quality and post on YouTube. Great product, great support, and great accessories. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering.

I love this camera, especially when I use the Macro lens mod to take photos of animals. 10/10 camera. It's amazing for things you wouldn't want your phone to be close to, such as dipping the camera in the water. Great Camera

Only negative is video clarity (can't read license lates past 1. 5 car lengths) _____ Battery life is the best of ALL GoPros to date. No need for 2nd battery anymore (must remove if camera uploading = will explode due to overheating) ***negative*** newer battery size/design ____ if overheating it will turn off (if uploading to cloud = videos percentage freezes but APP shows near FULL uploads @ 1/4 videos then 25% — but — APP shows 3+ completely uploaded)

GPS is back! The GoPro 13 is great within its limitations. It’s not going to replace your DSLR or high end point and shoot for photos. It’s not going to replace a high end video camera either. But you wouldn’t want to take those high end cameras to places we’re high end cameras go to die. That being said the GoPro 13 is a seasoned system where there are consistent improvements. It works and you don’t have to think about it and miss the shot. I have not tried the assortment of lenses yet. But expect to have a solid product when I do. The magnetic prongs. Wow! I compared to to Brand I magnetic attachment and I feel very confident that the GoPro’s will keep the camera safely attached during reasonable activity. Photos good quality except in low light conditions. If you are taking photos of crusty old men in a dark room then Brand I is your choice. But outside it’s GoPro 13! The zoom is easier to use on the GoPro 13 then Brand I which makes it the choice for close ups without changing the lense. Weight and size are perfect. It doesn’t feel like you are lugging around a rock. Normal sized hands and it fits comfortably. A great camera for trips where you are outside weight and space is an issue. Bought the Hero 13 Black about a month ago. Love the camera and its functionality. This video and pictures are good. I am very disappointed with Go Pro as the Premium package with the iCloud storage and editing tools package has yet to be provided. The camera is advertised to have this package included with the camera purchase. Initially I received email support and after a few days of back and forth the company has now gone silent for another week. If you buy the camera don't plan on the storage and premium tools, which is advertised to be included in the camera purchase without spending more money on additional upgrade packages. Have been requesting a phone call trying to speak with a person and been unable to make contact with a person. . . . There is an active open help ticket on this subject.

I picked this camera up a while back and was really excited to try it out. However, once I started using it, I was disappointed. The image quality looks washed out and overly digital, especially when compared to competitors like DJI. Their cameras are far ahead, especially with the larger sensor and significantly better low-light performance. GoPro seriously needs to address its low-light quality—DJI outperforms it by a wide margin. LOVED you guys but might be time to move on :(.

It over heats while using the contacto to charge. It also won't turn on when it overheated. You will have to wait till is cooled down to use it.

I bought a Hero 13 black in Polar White and it was (and is) great. I love my go pro… Except for the fact that there is not a white pass through door for the polar white edition. There is only a black one.

Would not buy GoPo ever again. Two different cameras over heat and shut off. Very frustrating. Now have to return 2nd camera. Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time with products.
