I bought the Big Joe lll in January 2020. What intrigued me the most was the addition of the SloRoller. The technology of the SloRoller was to distribute smoke and heat in recirculating waves resulting in enhanced smoke flavor. This new technology works as advertised. I had a previous ceramic grill/smoker and didn't feel the smoke flavor was as good as on my offset stick smoker. That is no longer the case. Also the new Big Joe lll requires very little assembly unlike many of the Kamado Joe competitors. Since purchasing the Big Joe Im haven't looked back and use it as may primary grill and smoker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Kamado Joe Classic Series III for almost four years and am still excited to use it every time because of the results in the food I cook on it. I love the versatility and ability to smoke at 225 for 12 hours without refueling, grill/roast/rotisserie at 450, or cook a pizza at 700 all with the same grill. The grill is high quality and so are the accessories. I know it's charcoal, but don't let that get in your way. It is easy to light and easy to control. The flavor is like no other. My family loves dinner from the grill. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Unit came packaged well, easy to assemble (you will need a friend to help move) and easy to use. Heavy duty metal on all grates, charcoal basket and side shelves. Smoked and grilled food are really moist and the slow roller makes for a nice smoke to food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These grills are amazing. So much so I upgraded to the Konnected Joe!

I have owner several smokers in the last including a classic joe. But the bj3 steals them all. Effortlessly smoking.

On this grill, I have cooked everything from wings, to 2 Boston butts (at the same time), ribs, burgers, pizzas, and even biscuits. My previous ceramic grill was oval shaped and it wasn't as versatile.

Fantastic grill quality. Got the joetisserie and made the best chicken I've ever made, and the dojoe and made some of the best pizza I've ever had! Can't wait to try smoking some meats soon!

Sold my high end pellet smoker as I felt the flavor and performance was a bit generic. My Kamado Joe exceeds expectations. Performance, flexibility and quality is unmatched.

After trying several other grill this is far better they all that I have used. I love it so much that I plan our weekly meal using it. The ease of use makes it possible to fire up and cook even during a hectic day . Clean up is a breeze ! Love it

This was a GREAT purchase! Our kamado grill cooks so efficiently and is easy to clean. It offers many desired features and we couldn't be happier! We will step outside the boundaries soon and start purchasing grilling accessories. It's fantastic!
