I bought this tub in mid-Nov and waited to review to see what our electric bill was. First for the money, this is a good Spa. Nice, deep seating. Just enough jets for my taste. Easy to maintain. Cover is good quality. My only issue is our electric bill went up ~$100. I will say it is installed on an exterior deck and we have had some cold (and warm) weather so far. I'm going to go another month with some additional exterior insulation and turn temp down 2 degrees. If it is still in this range, will probably become a three season use. You may want to consider a 220V Spa if the bills are a concern

This is a perfect hot tub for us. I took it to the back yard myself in the back of my F-150, then offloaded it using 2X4s as a ramp. Set it up on a cement slab, plugged it in to a dedicated circuit and...waited. Two days to get to temperature. But that was six weeks ago and it's been at temp since. However, 104 degrees isn't hot enough for us, but that's the maximum. To make it go to 106 simply press and HOLD the temperature "UP" button for as long as it takes. May take 45 seconds but only took about 20 for me. Then you can take it to 105 or 106. At 106 it's MUCH better.

We have had this Hot tub for 2 weeks now., Love it. We researched a lot before deciding on this one. We debated heavily between a 110 plug & play or a 220.. Decided to go with the 110. Price was great. Delivery was earlier than stated. We were concerned about how we would get the spa to our patio since we have a long drive-way but the Delivery guys were great. They worked with my husband who had come up with the idea to have the delivery guys use the Lift to put the Spa on his pickup bed, once done he just drove to the edge of the patio using and used a wheelie with the help of a couple of friends lowered the spa to the Patio.. Again, this entire Process was so smooth. We can't until winter to experience the hot tub while it is snowing. Don't wait. Go for it.

I purchased this hot tub on 9/8 and it arrived on 9/23 so I was satisfied with the delivery speed considering they had to assemble the spa and arrange for freight delivery. The Spa was much easier to move than I thought it would be and we easily were able to get it into our sunroom. The spa arrived with all accessories as detailed in the description. It took about 18 hours for the spa to reach 101 degrees and that was with the water temperature at around 75 degrees out of the spigot. We were able to quickly balance the chemicals and begin using the spa. The only disappointment I have with this spa is the power of the jets but I suppose it's about as good as it can get for 110v. To get decent pressure from the jets you must turn the knob to focus on one area of the tub only which then means there are several seats that have no jets at all. So if you have friends or family that just like to soak in a hot tub without the jets, this would work for you but if you demand powerful jets, I wouldn't recommend this model. Overall, this is a great first time hot tub and I'm not dissatisfied with the purchase, I feel like it was a good value.

So far it’s wonderful , easy set up plenty of room and relaxation! We got in it tonight and it was snowing out , it was awesome ,very relaxing .

Though we had a misunderstanding about delivery date, we've had the hot tub for about a month and we are enjoying it often. It was easy to set up and is easy to maintain now that we have balanced the ph.

From ordering to delivery we are extremely pleased with this tub! Well built and sturdy. The stairs really set it off and I built a bar to surround half of it. So Happy!!!

Oooo ahhh it’s hot in the hot tub. A+ shipping guy rolled it right into place. Fill it up and plug it in. Took couple days to heat up. Very easy to maintain.
