Nice

I have had this hot tub for about 3 weeks. I have really enjoyed it. The seating configuration is really nice. I also like the depth of the water. Very easy to get up and running. It takes about a day for the water to get up to temperature. The negative thing that I can say it that the surface that you sit on is not very smooth, it's a little rough. Overall, nice hot tub for the cost.

Great Hot tub

We purchased this item around a month ago. After it arrived it took a few of us to get it where it belongs as it's awkward to move around without the right equipment. After that we filled it and plugged it in. We've been enjoying it ever since. It was easy to get the chemicals balanced too!

Nice Hot Tub

The hot tub was delivered a couple of weeks ago on time. It is easy to set up and works great. My wife loves it and uses it every night. Great product for the money.

Easy set-up and use

We're using our spa almost every single day and love it. Although it is large, it was easy to set-up and use (with some good furniture moving dollies). About as plug-and-play as you can get for a spa this size. Easy maintenance, too: so far only added bromine and now chlorine and hosed off the filter occasionally. Nice insulation on the cover while still being easy to open - we rarely completely remove it since there's just 2 of us. Not really noticeable to the electricity bill, either - at most about $5 per month.

spa

excellent so far..perfect size for patio. very easy to set up. delivery guys were awesome, very polite and helpful. order came in less than 2 weeks.once in backyard was very easy and light to move around for proper placement my son and I were able to move ourselves. all you have to do is take protective wrapping off, fill with water and plug it in. takes about 24 hours to reach optimal temp..usually stays around 105-106. feels like a nice hot bath..not to hot but comfortable. Jets are sufficient for light therapy..not strong like your 7000.00 spas or 220v..but enough to satisfy. lights are beautiful..can have colors rotate or set to desired color. waterfall feature very relaxing for sound effects. appears to be very well made..nice strong resin. steps included..sturdy resin material also. not very deep when standing but as deep as in ground spas when sitting. like the seating design..have three large teenage boys who all fit very comfotable..fits up to five. great deal for price and first time spa owners without breaking the bank. comes with lid also which is light weight and needs attaching to outside with screwdriver very easy placment. .

Good Tub for the Price

I purchased this hot tub on 9/8 and it arrived on 9/23 so I was satisfied with the delivery speed considering they had to assemble the spa and arrange for freight delivery. The Spa was much easier to move than I thought it would be and we easily were able to get it into our sunroom. The spa arrived with all accessories as detailed in the description. It took about 18 hours for the spa to reach 101 degrees and that was with the water temperature at around 75 degrees out of the spigot. We were able to quickly balance the chemicals and begin using the spa. The only disappointment I have with this spa is the power of the jets but I suppose it's about as good as it can get for 110v. To get decent pressure from the jets you must turn the knob to focus on one area of the tub only which then means there are several seats that have no jets at all. So if you have friends or family that just like to soak in a hot tub without the jets, this would work for you but if you demand powerful jets, I wouldn't recommend this model. Overall, this is a great first time hot tub and I'm not dissatisfied with the purchase, I feel like it was a good value.

Great spa for the price

I've had the spa for 2 months now and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It seats 4 people comfortably. My only dislike is the cupholders are not very deep. I love the lights and water feature. It was a very easy set up. I would highly recommend!

Great first hot tub

Right size for our family with two kids. Definitely will need four strong backs or a rolling pallet mover to position. Easy plug and go with 110 power. Learned that the power is used to primarily run the heater or the water jets, so with the jets running and air bubbles (which cools the water too) we noticed the water temp dropped a bit about an hour into our soak. So, if you can foot the bill for the 220 power model and can get a dedicated outlet for the same, would recommend 220 so you can run both features at once. For us, living in the south, don't expect to be worried too much about trying to sit in sub freezing temps too much.

How to increase temperature to 106

This is a perfect hot tub for us. I took it to the back yard myself in the back of my F-150, then offloaded it using 2X4s as a ramp. Set it up on a cement slab, plugged it in to a dedicated circuit and...waited. Two days to get to temperature. But that was six weeks ago and it's been at temp since. However, 104 degrees isn't hot enough for us, but that's the maximum. To make it go to 106 simply press and HOLD the temperature "UP" button for as long as it takes. May take 45 seconds but only took about 20 for me. Then you can take it to 105 or 106. At 106 it's MUCH better.
