The hot tub itself if fantastic! Jets seem powerful enough, settings are easy to figure out, cover is sturdy. It took about 24hrs to get to temp- just set it and keep it covered. The only downside was the shipping time as it took over 2 months to arrive and about 10 days later than the original ETA.

The tub itself is really nice. Lots of well-placed jets, a cool light, I plugged it in and it worked, so no complaints there at all. The cover only fits one-way, because it's not square, so you have to open it on the side where the control panel is. Keep this in mind while installing. It takes about 30 gallons of water to fill so make sure your well pump can keep up with the demand if you're not on city water. The filter is small and easy to remove and the jets fired up the first time I turned it on, so no need for priming it. The shipping was just awful. It took 3 months to get. No communication from them at all. The insulation in the bottom of the tub had holes in it and the side across from the panel was bowed out because it had to sit on its side for God knows how long. It will work 110 or 220, but if you're going to hook it up 120, you'll need to adjust the wires as outlined in the instruction manual. The manual is a copy of a copy of a copy, so the pictures are just black. Completely worthless. The diagrams are okay though. It weighs 350 lbs, and the delivery truck is one guy who only drops it in your driveway. So make sure you have help. The seats are pretty rough plastic, not smooth like a fiberglass tub. This is good and bad. Good to prevent slipping, bad if you prefer minimal clothing against your skin. I think it will just take a little getting used to. But for the price, I'm willing to take that chance.

One of the best purchases ever made!!!! Very well built and wonderful quality for the price paid @ Sam's Club. Excellent delivery time. Received the spa a month ahead of scheduled delivery date. Excellent spa dealership customer service too. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

Last year during lockdown we had a 10 ft inflatable ring pool nobody spent time in it because it was to cold... husband wanted inflatable hot tub... we have cats one jumped on the pool last year had to patch whatever it cost like 100$ anyway I wasn’t spending $ on inflatable Did some research found this all good reviews except that it loses heat quickly in the freezing winter temperatures we live In Vegas ... ordered 3-8 delivery expected 5-14 arrived 4-19 Easy to move (i didn’t know but you apparently roll this to move lay down some padding two people ) cover is nice it’s a solid tub jets are good, holds temperature, looks good, waterfall not a selling point don’t really use, light ok, no power bill yet but per other reviews cheaper to run ( the pool last year didn’t affect bill ran 24/7) plenty of room only had 2 in but we are not small folks but sat on same side comfortable husband is 6’2” seats are deep enough I’m 5’5” I have a hard time not floating in the lounge seat, seems repairable motor wise love it Priced right! Little disappointed I cannot use emoji in my review :(

This hot tub has been surprisingly great! I wasn't sure what to expect given the price point but have been extremely impressed with the product and the shipping process. I will note that it does take a few days (3-4) to get over 100 degrees but once there, it holds the temp very well! Highly recommend.

This is everything they say it is & I’m thrilled with my purchase. As everyone else has said, the biggest concern is getting the tub to its spot in your yard. We were lucky to have kind & resourceful delivery drivers who we tipped for helping us get it up a hilly driveway, through a fence gate & into the backyard. After that, fill it up, plug it in & you’re ready to go after it heats up (maybe 36 hours for me). The only thing I don’t absolutely love is the fact that the surface area is slightly rough. It may be for safety reasons to be less slippery, but I wish it were a little more smooth. All in all, I love this hot tub. It was a great price & has added so much to the enjoyment of my home. I’d encourage anyone who is on the fence with this purchase to take the plunge!

We had been wanting a hot tub for a while. We read all the reviews and ordered it. It came a day earlier that expected but that was okay. We had some strong coworkers to come over and help move it into place. We filled it up and it was leaking but not where the instructions said to check! We started pumping water out when I remembered it has a drain hose, we checked it and it was loose so we tightened it and we were in business. We have been in it pretty much everyday since the water warmed up which took about 24 hours. The only thing I would recommend from Lifesmart is to consider updating the owners manual. I don't think I gives enough detailed instructions.

Bought it 2 months ago. 4 weeks to deliver. 3 people and a hand truck got it to the back yard. We placed it on an existing cobblestone patio near a plug and hose and we’re good to go. We are in it almost every night. All of the features are nice, and for the price- it’s beyond expectations. Love it!

After two weeks, I have to say that I am very pleased with my purchase! It's just what I needed after my long days and ailments. I've never owned a pool or spa before, so getting the water properly balanced was a challenge at first. It would have been nice if the instructions included a little more information on that for us beginners; the instructions are definitely written for someone with experience. As for support from the manufacturer, the only thing I was able to find was a YouTube channel with 4 very "blah" videos. Not much help, at all. Luckily, my local pool supply was nice enough to test a water sample for me and tell me exactly what to do to safely balance out my pH and chemicals. But... what should have only taken a day to do, took almost 4 full days because I didn't have any useful instructions. Now that the water is good, it's a simple test a few times a week to make sure my bromine (or chlorine if you so choose) is right. Pretty simple. Don't let my review disuade your purchase, but be prepared to reach out for help from someone with experience because getting the water properly balanced before your first use is an absolute must!

First hot tub sides had swollen up like a pumpkin and walls had a bad curve in structure after filling with water. Also ozone generator leaking.Hot tub company replaced it with another. I had to place the hot tub twice into our backyard. New hot tub doing the same as first tub. Bad quality material used in manufacturing. They should not be allowed to continue selling there crap.
