They are truly nonstick, which has been difficult to find. The tri-ply construction helps them heat evenly and feel extremely durable. I’ve noticed food cooks more consistently without any hot spots. They clean up so easily, even after cooking sauces. I would definitely purchase more of these and have already been recommending them to friends. They truly exceeded my expectations.

I also appreciate that this comes in a set of two so you can have two things cooking at once or choose the size that is most appropriate for what you are cooking. These pans were easy to clean as well. I would recommend these - if anything, it would be great if they also came with lids.

There is a helper handle on the 12” skillet for ease of picking up, these work with all stove-tops even induction. The pans are super easy to clean & I know that these aren’t giving off any funky PFAS or bad stuff that I don’t want in my food. This cookware set is very well designed with the home cook in mind.

I had previously had a single stainless steel 8 inch pan which I found was too small so I resorted to my nonstick cookware set, which I was trying to get away from due to toxic chemicals with the 10 inch and 12 inch skillets I find needs to be the perfect size to cook small meals or large meals in bulk and I absolutely love how durable these pants are. For stainless steel to work properly. You do have to make sure it gets heated before putting anything in the pan, however, once I got used to this, I have been having a blast cooking on these. I’ve been using these to make eggs, ground beef, flavorful rice and sauces, and the Cuisinart Tri-Ply Skillets are now when I go for. I’m in love with the versatility and premium quality of these pans!

This skillet set seamlessly merged into the existing family with it's very elegant and simple design. 10" skillet is the one I use most of the time, 12" is the size I needed to add to my kitchen desperately. The skillets come in a box with no accessories so you will need to get lids yourself if you need them. They're absolutely beautifully finished and look like pieces of art. Very smooth and comfortable handles which do not heat up at all make them very easy to maneuver. The skillets are not heavy even with tri-ply construction. Performance is excellent and it doesn't matter weather you're a newbie or a stainless steel guru - they perform great. They heat up very evenly and might take a minute longer than your regular pan. They're absolutely easy to clean and their shine comes right back. I have already had friends ask about them and happy to direct them to Cuisinart!

The quality feels very good. cooking with these pans has been great experience. they heat evenly no hot spots and i get a record sear on meats while vegetables cook consistently without burning. i have used them on medium heat and very response quickly. Which makes it easy to control in the cooking. the cleaning is also easier than I expect For stainless steel . as I as long as i let the pan cool and give it a quick soak , Everything wipes off without a fight even when ford sticks a bit , it's come of wild minimal scrubbing and still look shiny after washing. the fact that they're dishwasher safe is a big bounce. its high quality pans that will last a long time .
