There is like a burn chip on one of the pans from the first time I used it.

Please ignore the 1 star ratings regarding food sticking. if you know how to use a steel frying pan, you will not be disappointed in using these. A tip for those who don't know, heat pan until water bounces when flicked on it. Add a high temp oil, like avocado oil. When cooking chicken, it will stick, do not force flip, wait until sear is complete and the chicken will not stick. Highly recommed a quick YouTube tutorial if you don't know how to use these pans.

These are terrible cooking pans. I dont recommend buying these because everything sticks to them no matter what. We have followed seasoning instructions and everything still sticks to them.

This skillet set seamlessly merged into the existing family with it's very elegant and simple design. 10" skillet is the one I use most of the time, 12" is the size I needed to add to my kitchen desperately. The skillets come in a box with no accessories so you will need to get lids yourself if you need them. They're absolutely beautifully finished and look like pieces of art. Very smooth and comfortable handles which do not heat up at all make them very easy to maneuver. The skillets are not heavy even with tri-ply construction. Performance is excellent and it doesn't matter weather you're a newbie or a stainless steel guru - they perform great. They heat up very evenly and might take a minute longer than your regular pan. They're absolutely easy to clean and their shine comes right back. I have already had friends ask about them and happy to direct them to Cuisinart!

I had previously had a single stainless steel 8 inch pan which I found was too small so I resorted to my nonstick cookware set, which I was trying to get away from due to toxic chemicals with the 10 inch and 12 inch skillets I find needs to be the perfect size to cook small meals or large meals in bulk and I absolutely love how durable these pants are. For stainless steel to work properly. You do have to make sure it gets heated before putting anything in the pan, however, once I got used to this, I have been having a blast cooking on these.
