I am a huge fan of anything Serta! And this pillow did not disappoint. This is a heavy pillow very thick and plush. The pillow comes with a cover that zips so it it easy to clean in washer cold water. This is a medium soft type of pillow. Not firm but comfortable. At night time I get hot but I can honestly say I did not get really hot with this pillow. I definitely recommend

I started using this pillow this week. Although I do feel it takes some getting used to, so far I'm really enjoying it. The pillow is huge, I'd say it's definitely king size. It's super firm but because it's memory foam, it forms to your body. It stays pretty cool eliminating those dreaded hot spots in the night. I feel like this is a great option for anyone who gets hot in the middle of the night.

The Serra Cool Relief Pillow has good quality stitching and is an overall good product but I prefer pillows that have more of a bounce to them. This pillow is firm and made from a harder memory foam material that doesn’t really mold around your head like other memory foams when you lay on the pillow. The pillow does stay cool which is what it advertises. But, the pillow is not very comfortable to me since I prefer latex pillows that are more bouncy and not as firm.

The biggest thing that stood out to me was the strong odor. Even after washing the outer pillowcase, the smell still persisted. The pillow is very firm, maybe too much pressure. I have tried to use this multiple times, but don’t think it’s a good fit for me. The pillow does seem very durable though.

I like the Serra pillow’s quality, it is made of good quality fillings and the stitches are perfect, have a great texture at the surface. Overall it is recommended for everyone looking for a great pillow

Having the king-sized option in a foam pillow is really nice. I personally am not a fan of foam pillows as I've dealt with years of neck pain. This is a nice pillow, seems soft and durable.

This pillow is amazing! It can be hard to find a new pillow that is comfortable but this one is it! I love the king size. I had my old pillow for way too long and so happy to replace it with this. It is also nice and cooling!

The pillow is nice. It’s cooling but not overly cool. It also holds it shape well. I’m a side sleeper and prefer a puffy pillow and this one is more of a flat shape. It didn’t work great for me.
