This pillow is very comfortable when sleeping on my back. It is not too hard like other foam pillows I have tried. Others i have tried give me headaches due to their firmness, this one doe not! It is firm but not to firm that is makes my head hurt. When I sleep on my side it is not my favorite, it is not as think and hurts my neck a little. But sleeping on my back it is great! It is heavier than my other pillows but not enough to bother me. It is a little shorter than my other king pillows but not enough to worry about. Quality of the pillows feels and apprers good. I would recommend this pillow to others.

My daughter has been asking for a quality pillow! I love the king size for her bed. She loves to flip to the cool side of the pillow, so the cooling temp is perfect! It is a firmer pillow which isn’t my favorite, but no complaints from her.

I love this pillow!! I have had quite a few pillows and havent really found one I love until this one! Its soft and firm and cooling. Its not quite like a regular memory foam ( I dont care for those) but its not soft like cotton fluff. I've had trouble sleeping because of my other pillows they start out good but over time they lose their shape and comfort and since using this one I have gotten some of my best sleep in weeks. I highly recommend if your looking into upgrading pillows give this one a chance!

Overall this is a good memory foam pillow. I had recently purchased a different memory foam pillow and was curious how this Serta pillow would compare. The other pillow was more of the "lots of memory foam pieces" type while this Serta is a solid piece. The Serta pillow had the usual memory foam smell when I first removed it from the packaging but I let it sit out for about a day and the smell is pretty much gone. My other pillow seemed thicker in comparison but when put to the test of sleeping on it the Serta pillow held up just fine and provided plenty of support and comfort, even for a side sleeper. I don't think it will replace my other pillow permanently, but it will work well in a rotation between the two.

This is the best pillow I’ve ever used and I already plan to buy another. Some memory foam is dense and smelly and has a weird texture or makes your face too hot, but not this one. It breathes. It smells fresh straight out of the package. It provides wonderful support for head and neck. It is a nice big size and is the perfect thickness. I am mostly a side sleeper but also sleep flat on my back some of the time. Fantastic for both positions, no neck or back pain when I wake up. I like it twice as much as my old pillow that was over $150. This thing is a steal!

Our new Serra Cool Relief Pillow is great at keeping us cool at night, but it is so incredibly firm! I tend to sleep hard, so I was really excited to find a cooling pillow. It certainly does its job. It keeps me cool at night and I don’t wake up nearly as much. It’s really big. It’s perfect for my king size bed. It’s extremely durable and very well well-made I think this pillow is going to last us a very long time. I did not want to chance washing it in my washing machine because it’s so thick and I was worried of what it would do to it, but I did just use some disinfectant spray and it worked perfect perfectly. Cleaned it up really nice. I just found it to be too firm for my liking. I can’t even hardly push down on it. This would probably be great for some sleepers, but it’s just not doing it for me. I tend to either sleep on my back or on my side and it’s just too hard. I still like the fact that it is a cooling pillow, so I’ll probably use it here and there, but just not the huge fan of the firmness.

When first opening the serta cooling pillow there was a smell which the insert talks about. It says it will go away after time, but I feel it still has a strange smell. At first touch the pillow is cool but throughout the night it doesnt stay cool. The pillow is very firm. We prefer a little more flexibility and softness for a pillow. Also a regular size pillow case does not stay on the pillow.

I love my new Serta Cool Relief Gel Memory Foam King Pillow! Memory foam is known for having a very strong unpleasant scent, but this pillow did have a strong scent. I unwrapped it and let it breathe for a couple of days before I used it and the smell went away. As a woman living in California going through perimenopause, I appreciate the cooling effect it brought me. It offers great support without being too firm. At my age, it's hard to find the right pillow because some give me neck pain. I have not experienced that with this pillow. It really feels like it conforms to my head and shoulders. I'm a side sleeper and it works for me. I have gotten the best sleep on this pillow that I've had in several years.

This is a really long pillow. It is super nice!!!! In a normal pillow case, there’s at least 1-2 inches that wasn’t covered by the pillow case. Other than that, this pillow is really comfortable. I love the brand. I have their topper, mattress, and pillow, and they all never disappoint me. Love the brand, love all their products!

This pillow! I am going through chemical induced menopause and I am hot all the time! This cooling pillow is such a relief, because my pillow gets hot every night. That is no longer the case. I put a silk pillowcase on it and it is perfection. The memory foam takes a minute to get used to but this is now my favorite pillow. I will be purchasing a second one for my husband to have a matching set. I've already decided to take it on vacation!
