Finally in a king size! The regular has been fine, but not able to use the pillowcases that got with a king set. These are good firm support for anyone who desires it. Able to sleep better without having to adjust the pillow to fit my movement.

I love my new serta cool relief pillow! Before I started this review I wanted to sleep on it a few nights. And I'm being completely honest, it's comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and I run hot, I feel with my silk pillow case, this new pillow and my fan. I wake up fresh, and no pains around my neck.

This is a really long pillow. It is super nice!!!! In a normal pillow case, there’s at least 1-2 inches that wasn’t covered by the pillow case. Other than that, this pillow is really comfortable. I love the brand. I have their topper, mattress, and pillow, and they all never disappoint me. Love the brand, love all their products!

This pillow is perfect for back and side sleepers. It's light weight yet good quality. We have been using it for months and it is still like new as far as how it feels and how it looks. I also love that it does not have a bad scent even when brand new.

This Serta cooling pillow is a really nice pillow, and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the cooling features actually worked. This pillow is a king sized, and very generous in length. It features a patterned design on the outer cover, which zips up to protect the actual pillow inside. I do love how the cover is removable and allows the ability to wash as needed. The inside pillow is well protected, so I think as long as youbwash your outer pillow case and the protective zipped case for the pillow, you should get a LOT of use out of this! It seems very well made, stitches are tight and solid and does not give a cheap appearance at all. I gave 4 stars only because it's a VERY firm pillow. I need a softer cushion for my neck, and this one was very unforgiving. However, if you are in need of a firm, stiffer pillow, this one is for you! Overall, I would recommend this! Serta is a quality brand and they have been around for a long time. Personally, I will look for a softer pillow, but this one has great cooling features!

I usually sleep with a cervical pillow because of neck pain, so this worked well for a couple of nights, but eventually, I needed to switch back. The cooling covered stayed cool throughout the night and the pillow is soft and comfortable. My husband has no neck issues and absolutely loves it.

This pillow is very comfortable when sleeping on my back. It is not too hard like other foam pillows I have tried. Others i have tried give me headaches due to their firmness, this one doe not! It is firm but not to firm that is makes my head hurt. When I sleep on my side it is not my favorite, it is not as think and hurts my neck a little. But sleeping on my back it is great! It is heavier than my other pillows but not enough to bother me. It is a little shorter than my other king pillows but not enough to worry about. Quality of the pillows feels and apprers good. I would recommend this pillow to others.

I am a huge fan of anything Serta! And this pillow did not disappoint. This is a heavy pillow very thick and plush. The pillow comes with a cover that zips so it it easy to clean in washer cold water. This is a medium soft type of pillow. Not firm but comfortable. At night time I get hot but I can honestly say I did not get really hot with this pillow. I definitely recommend

This Serta pillow lives up to its name and stays nice and cool. The memory foam isn't too hard where you feel like you're laying on a brick-it's very soft and supportive. My main issue with it is the smell. There's a certain sweet scent, almost like fake chocolate that is a bit overpowering. While you can remove the cover for easy cleaning (which is fantastic!), I believe the smell is the core of the pillow itself. I might try some odor remover and see how that does, because I'm very sensitive to smells. I haven't had it long enough to say how it holds up over time, but it already feels sturdier than the other pillows I have in my home.

Very soft but firm memory foam pillow. It's a bit too thick (and uncomfortable) for me when sleeping on my stomach but on my back or side it's comfy. The zipper cover for the foam is an adequate case and cool to the touch. But it's very slick. I like to still use a matching pillow case over it, but it's too slippery to keep the case on.
