Turbo Tax has always been enjoyable to use. When visited the tax accountant, we always forget small details or not sure of specifics. Having small reminders through Turbo Tax and specific examples helps up greatly. The accuracy each year to provide a maximum refund helps dramatically.

I filed my taxes this year, and found a bunch of new charges, 35 bucks to have it deposited into my checking account???? 40 dollars to pay out of your refund???? Don't you make enough off the sale of turbo tax? Next year I will look into different options.

I submitted my taxes without being told that I needed a 1095A form so they were rejected. I paid to talk to someone named Jada after waiting 30 min. for a call. She was rude and spoke down to me and was not at all helpful. I then resubmitted my taxes today and had to pay again.

It’s great other than forcing you to pay now. There is t an actual free edition anymore. I was taken to a page when finishing that I didn’t have an option to move on without agreeing to a “Do it yourself” payment. They definitely know some people won’t have another option for filing taxes.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it has always been easy but it seems every year it gets easier. This year I did my taxes in under an hour and a half and that is with going to get all the digital forms needed by them. Really great way to do taxes.

My first time trying TurboTax and I was pleasantly surprised. I had already completed my return with another tax product for comparison reasons, and TurboTax proved to be much more accurate, which increased my total refund by hundreds of dollars. Amazing! Easy to use, thorough and fast. I'll definitely be using TurboTax next year!

The coverage of questions is well designed to draw out things we have forgotten about and really really need to tell the IRS about. I have used Turbotax for more then ten years and it has matched my own manual tax return check to a T. Gated, my taxes are not that complicated, but still...

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the slowest website I have ever used in my life. What should have taken me about an hour instead took me THREE HOURS. I kept having to refresh the page, log out and log back in, etc. The pages constantly just kept loading and loading and loading and never actually loading. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not use this platform again.

I'm disappointed with all of the fees that are forcing us to pay for things we haven't had to pay for in the past. I can't believe I have to pay for direct deposit into my bank when there is no other option except for forcing us to make a Credit Karma account, whatever that is. Absolutely terrible.

It makes certain things easy, and it's good that they brought back the real time refund tracker, but the interface can be buggy at times, and it's awful how Intuit tries to trick you into giving your sensitive tax data to them for their own purposes, with an official looking decision screen that makes it seem like a required step. Also, they got rid of ItsDeductible this year. Honestly, it was like the only thing keeping me attached to Turbotax, since it let you automatically load your donations in. Now it's all manual. I'm going to be looking for a different tax service next year.
