I am not happy that I have to pay $40 to have turbo tax assist in putting my return in my bank. To do my taxes it ends up costing me $89 dollar for turbo and additional $40 to electronic filing which means I have paid twice for the privilege of filing electronically.

I have used turbo tax for awhile now and it is getting worse when you select no on a upgrade go to the next page select no again on the same thing just to do it 2 more times before you get to the end. If we want the upgrade we will select it first time.

I went into the Turbotax sight that said free tax filing for federal and state while doing that I was asked to sign in with my username and password which I did that brought all my tax information up through into it by the time I was done with my taxes this year it said I needed to pay $118I'm confused on where the free part is at Nothing I saw was free. I feel like the little money I'm getting back I now have to give to turbotax

Last year we used a tax preparer and it was and absolute nightmare. It took them nearly 10 weeks to process our information. Every time we called to check the status of our return they were either out of the office or promised a call back that we would never receive. I am so glad I chose TurboTax this year. It was quick, easy, but thorough.

It was awful when it came time to submit. I tried several times but it kept giving me the following message: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Invalid method of payment value for TBM feature: Refund: Traditional Check The ONLY way I could get it to go through is by paying you another $35 for expedited payment.

TurboTax is so easy to use and I love the way they review everything to make sure the numbers are correct. I got this done in less than two hours with a half hour break. I also love that I can get my return five days early. Good job! See you again next year

I really love using TurboTax to do my taxes, but I don’t appreciate that it wasn’t free this year. I have been filing my taxes with turbotax since 2018 and have alwasy clicked on the “do it myself” option and this year it was no longer free. A bit upsetting.

look, yall do make it easy but we all know just how much money you're raking in from this, it's insane when its hard working people's money, many of us take pride in our work and look forward to getting the scraps the federal government lets us have off their elaborate banquet table. You are helping us getting a bigger piece but still taking way too much, a 35$ fee to deposit into my bank account? really? that's wild. In these hard economic times with the government drinking the blood of the working class you ought to have some sympathy for us rather than trying to maximize your profits and increase shareholder value. I doubt anyone will read this and it wouldn't change anything even if someone did. Just my thoughts, enjoy the money you took from my refund you greedy animals.

It would be way better if it wasn't so predatory in getting you to pay them more money for what is essentially nothing every single step of the way while filing. Otherwise its fine, but god dang if they aren't trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of the unsuspecting person who just clicks through without reading. Hilariously predatory business practice.

They charge you unnecessary fees even when you don't select Max or choose to file by yourself. Its ridiculous. And the additional $40 to deposit in your bank. Just too expensive to be charged $128 + $40 for filing. How much is the refunds to be charging $128 for "free" filing +$40 bank deposit?
