So very tired of the hidden fees you find at the end of the process. As a whole it was quick to do my own return but two years in a row I was hit with fees totaling no less than $79. My taxes are always easy so they should be free. I don't think I will use TurboTax again only because of the hidden fees.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. Always easy to do. But this year 2025 taxes, we had to pay them to deposit the refund into our bank account. I know we pay them so much to do and file the taxes, but now they want extra money. Not happy about that at all.

You are so deceptive at what is being offered and how much it will cost. I am goingto every page I can find and telling everyone you are a rip off! I ended up paying 10% of my refund to you. You do not clearly disclose the fees. I NEVER AGREED TO PAY $160 to do my taxes. You make it looklk it's 40 or 50 bucks then you do filing fees on me. I'm livid. You're a rip off.

I really love using TurboTax to do my taxes, but I don’t appreciate that it wasn’t free this year. I have been filing my taxes with turbotax since 2018 and have alwasy clicked on the “do it myself” option and this year it was no longer free. A bit upsetting.

This has been the worst experience i have had with turbo tax, been using the product since launch. Ai ruined this service. Features feel incomplete, guidance is inaccurate and confusing and the last minute nickle and dime additions in price werent great either

Turbo Tax provides tax filing assistance to help you complete your tax forms and offers you additional benefits to tax assistance. I will always use Turbo Tax to complete my Federal Tax Filing.

I've been using it for years and it's been great. Until this year. I came back to enter our ID information and it took my husband off my return and put me as single after I had already paid. It changed the total we are getting back, even after I fixed everything. This will most likely be the last year we use turbotax. It's too expensive to be making these errors.
