hopefully this will be my last year using this app. this over priced unhelpful useless app takes advantage of and financially screws over people in need. the wording of the last few requests of my ID to finalize the filing was also awful.turbo tax flagged my filing which delayed and created a late fling for me until I had to deep search what the issue was and how to fix it. the "24/7 experts available to help and ai agents" were of no help. I've been using this app for almost 10 years as well and am not biased. I would've loved to have a better experience but instead, had a horrible experience. I believe other tax filing options are more affordable or even free would be more compatible for 99.9% of people. it was truly lengthy process with often redundant features and several times have locked me out of my own account or not able to provide me access to my past documents I know are there. I feel this was not accurate to the experience and filing I could've had comparing to my previous years. nothing has changed in my work field so am not sure how I owed so much and also was charged so much to file my taxes this year while my refund back was a fraction while I make less than 20,000 a year. that's all, good luck!

there should be other ways of verification to make sure one can file online. I was not given a pin number and had to go thru hoops just to find out that I have to file by mail instead of filing online because my return was rejected due to not having a PIN number.

The online version created a problem with no curser on the side to move down. My laptop did not respond well to move down. Having used the CD version for over 10 years with no problems, this delayed and frustrated me and took longer to do my taxes. Eventually, I figured I have to move right, then down. Sometimes I had to hit enter before moving down. It was a struggle. Will I use it again next year? That's debatable. Note. The sidebar had a side curser, but not the form itself. Why different???????

Took a while. paid for a review, was advised it was good, had to go back and change info on my return, because something was in fact not good. If im paying 200 dollars to do this and get it reviewed, whats the point if I still have to go back and make changes after the expert review.

I DO NOT BELIEVE I GET FULL TAX BENIFITS USING TURBO TAX - ONLY USE BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY SOMEONE TO DO MY TAXES - ALSO USED TO FILL OUT DAUGHTERS TAXES . SHE IS FULL TIME STUDENT AND DID SOME SIDE WORK - I HAD TO PAY TO E FILE THE 1040 TYPE FORM - NEVER AGAIN FOR HER - I WILL DO MY TAXES AND TAKE MY LUPS

I have used TurboTax for more years than I can now remember. I really enjoy doing my taxes this way because I know they will be accurate. Have the questions and the REVIEW buttons makes it easy to insure I have not forgotten any important information.

I've used Intuit Turbo Tax for the last (I think) 3 years. I've been delighted that it's always been so easy with no adjustments to be made, and quick turnaround of refunds, plus no large fees to produce my simple taxes. This year was slightly different yet a little confusing, but I trust that Intuit will stand behind any issues that might come up. You absolutely make filing a lot earlier. So I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing are changes by the government (big surprise) or it's just me. Either way, I appreciate Intuit making this program available to people like me who graduated from Art Institutes where the only number you're concerned about was on a calendar. Thank you.

You used to be free for me. Misleading. Charged me $143 dollars for a product called "do it yourself" -- joke. do not recommend. refund me if you wan me to take this down. Also very incompatible, bad accuracy, unhappy with the features. Also insufficiently guided in this experience. And don't even get me started on the interface--terrible.

TurboTax is such a scam. They say that it is free and the most simple of tax forms cost $143 to file! This is absolutely ridiculous. There is also no option where it can be free even when you are entering your own information. It is very confusing and you are almost forced to pay an unfair amount. When your income is only $10,000, this is sickening. Will not be recommending and will not be using again.

Last year I filled on the IRS website free tax return I just thought Turbo Tax might be easier. They ask a lot of questions the return was very simple I was charged $120 for it and I . thought they could do it for 39 or $40 as they advertised. I will get approximately $180 refund and using most of that to use turbo tax. If you have a simple return do not use turbo tax go to the IRS website. I will not make that mistake again
