I'm a long time user of TurboTax and every year my taxes are done fast, I don't have to worry about knowing the latest laws, tips or tricks. I can simply trust them to get it done right, the first time, every single year without spending an arm and a leg. Highly recommend to folks in simple and complex tax situations.

I love this app specifically love that it lets you pay from your taxes if you don't have to pay in. I use this app every year refer people to this app all the time I feel like this gets a 5 out of 5 and walks you through every step if you don't have an itemized return that is I don't know how it is on the other side of things or you know people with money but I love this app it's easy to use and it gives you the exact amounts and prices and it's very very compatible with Credit Karma and that's options are easy to use. I've been able to use every one of the review topics so far except for interface which I'm sure they are worthy of I just don't know the meaning of it LOL good job TurboTax you get five out of five stars if I could give you a million stars I would very very very user friendly.

Every year I file with this service it gets harder and harder to navigate . Unnecessary repetitive questions , consistently lying on price . I was told it would be $49 and when it came time to submit it jumps to $89 !!!!!! This will be the last year i file with this company , i rather pay someone to handle this !!!!!

The fact that they took away the free option when you used to be able to file and get your refund back for charge is just sad. All of the lobbying your company did to allow this service to not be free anymore and force us to use the government issued tax service is embarrassing and you should be ashamed.

The number of times the software tries to 1) Upsell you to a higher tier you already said you didn't want and 2) Tries to trick you into agreeing to let them use your tax return information for marketing 3) Tries to trick you into depositing into a Credit Karma account is shameful. Just disgusting dark patterns designed to trick the ignorant or people not paying attention. Pure scumbag behavior.

The ease of filing was great. The amount of work that was required was little. The disappointing part was the hidden fee of having the refund going into the personal bank account - instead of using Credit Karma bank account. There should not be a fee for having a Bank Account.

My husband and I live in different states. I was unable to do his state income tax return because it would not give us the option of not living in the same state. It was completely useless in our situation. I imagine that many people who are married live in separate states. This needs to be fixed. I ALSO THINKI I DUMB THAT I MUST HAVE A NICK NAME TO ENTER THIS

I think TurboTax needs to rethink the way their funding is done. I should be allowed to choose the self filing tax choice and not have to pay extra, especially when I am not getting very much back to begin with. Other than that I like using TurboTax.

Overall, this is a fantastic product. There are always a few places in the process where it seems to "loop", meaning, I must enter the information again. There is also a part of the California return which TurboTax always requires that I complete even though it is inapplicable to my return. But overall I am very satisfied. Thank you for the service!

When I tried to file on Saturday I kept getting a message that a form couldn't be accepted; no further info. After 4 tries I talked to James at the help center who told me that IRS didn't accept returns until 1/26. Woulda been nice to know that the first time I tried to file! Many Turbo info items are unclear.
