I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now and I love the accuracy of it. I also enjoy that is very easy to use and navigate and that I always get the most back on my returns! I always recommend Turbo Tax when someone asks me what company to use during tax time, I am for sure a returning, loyal and satisfied customer. Thank you!

I chose self filing for 49, & 39 to file w/ state. checkout was misleading, it added additional 40 fee just to pay from federal return totaling 128.00 i backed up to just pay 49 and 39 with bank card instead, & it said total 88, i clicked submit, it became 128.00 on the receipt it added 40 again as Online Refund Transfer fee total 128.00. i did not agree to this when i submit it as 88 at checkout. It was misleading.

Whilst the service is good at moving quickly through the process and guiding you through each phase of the tax return process, Turbo Tax still tries to sell you extra services at a constant as they always have, Tax professionals or not, I happen to be a Phd with an accounting degree in Federal Tax code, I doubt Turdbo Tax has anyone near with my qualifications.

Easy and breezy. Easy on the eyes, and comprehensible. Helps me a lot, given that I am aversive to these forms. They gave helpful suggestions and guided me through the process of additional deductions, which increased my tax return. I love this product.

I've used turbo tax for a couple years now and my parents have used turbo tax for years. It has never let us down it's easy to use and I like the access to help even though I've never had to use it. I'm not crazy about the fees but they aren't outrageous so 4 out of 5 star.

Very easy to navigate. accuracy of return never in question. w2 integrates from employer automatically withn compatability issues. features like pay from tax return are awsome. guidance through deduction method very helpful. the interface is intuitive and easy to understand

I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and this year they have changed their pricing and seems they are nickel and diming every process they can. The product itself is still simple, but the pricing structure is insane. I have very simple taxes and will not be using turbo tax again next year.

I wasn't able to deduct the full overtime amount, even though it was over the 12,500 limit, because my overtime exceeded the 1/3 limit of my gross, so I had to undercut it, and my refund dropped over $100. It was also stated that others who had overtime time as half of their gross were still able to file. It is frustrating and annoying but Cydne was awesome in her support and I cannot thank her enough. Still will probably explore other options next year when I file.

VERY UPSET THAT I WAS FORCED TO UPGRADE THIS YEAR AND COULD NOT DO A FREE RETURN LIKE I HAVE DONE FOR YEARS!! ON TOP OF THAT HAD TO PAY ALL THIS OTHER STUFF AT THE END WITH I ENDED UP GIVING TURBO TAX $160 SOME DOLLARD OF MY SMALL RETURN FOR UPGRADES AND DIRECT DEPOSIT FEES EXT!!! I NEEDED THIS MONEY SO BAD!!! WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TAX PREP SERVICE NEXT YEAR! MY EMPLOYEER RECOMMENDS TURBO TAX AND I WILL BE ADDRESSING THESE ISSUES WITH THEM.

I have used this for several years to process my tax returns for both federal and state taxes. This year seemed even easier then before and I am getting back more money then I expected. There is help if you need it an pop ups to explain every step of the way. I enjoyed using it.
