For the first time I tried the auto download from my financial institutions. Could not get the downloads. Never asked me if I wanted to import info from my previous use of turbo tax. When I decline upgrading to more TurboTax products, no does not suffice. Constantly asking me to buy more product. I have used TurboTax for at least 14 years. This will be the last time. HERE IS ANOTER ISSUE. jUST ADDING A NICKNAME iS TAKING MORE TIME. "NAME TAKEN"

I think it was somewhat spendy for a free filing of my taxes to end up paying $163.00!! No matter what as an American we can never get ahead when we do anything because someone makes sure they get their part for absolutely nothing more than you all have ever done in the past!! That’s my opinion though, so Thank you for whatever you do that is so much more expensive than it should be!!

Without question, Turbo Tax Online is the best, easiest to use and most thorough Tax preparation software available on the market. Even for a non-accountant, carefully preparing an accurate tax return becomes straightforward and stress-free. Turbo Tax also does a terrific job to ensure that you get your maximum return possible. Five Stars! Highly recommend!

This is my second year filing my taxes with TurboTax, and I have never felt more confident in being able to do my taxes myself. TurboTax has lots of helpful guides, and sub articles you can click to better understand questions so you don't feel mislead or confused. Very easy interface, very easy to navigate.

used to be able to file for free, have to pay now. also are charging a fee for direct deposit which also used to be free. it is easy to use and does has semi helpful guides if there is any confusing parts. takes you through step by step of income and deductions, like you can input your income by just taking a photo of your paperwork. only used it because i have been using for years, but after feeling nickeled and dimed for things they used to offer for free, i'll probably look around for something else next year.

THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO WERE NICE AND AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE. THE TURBOTAX IS NEVER FREE SO ITS MISLEADING. THE CHAT WINDOW WENT AWAY AND EVERY TIME I RESTART MY TAXES I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER. THE SYSTEM CANNOT DETECT AND SCAN THE DOCUMENTS I UPLOADED AHEAD OF TIM E

The interface is horrible! You have to minimize the screen to access the continue button. The charges are added and not removed when changing payment method. TurboTax has gotten worse every year and I will actively look into a different preparer. This is the last year I use TurboTax. Horrible!

I didn't like the extra fees tacked on. I had to pay 35 dollars to use direct deposit instead of their free credit card. Also it wanted me to log into my bank website for the direct deposit as well. why ? I filled out everything myself and still had to pay a total of 100 dollars to get my money.

Been usingTurbo Tax for over 10 years and I never get any kind of loyalty rewards or discounts and this year they advertise it's free but I still have to pay a fee. This will probably be my last year using them b/c there are so many FREE tax services out there now and obviously being a long time user doesn't mean anything anymore in this day and time. I'm Done

This gets more complicated and time-consuming every year, and more expensive. The most frustrating part was not having a quick way, once you've realized that you won't have anywhere near enough deductions to itemize, to just switch over to the standard deduction. Your constant attempts to upsell without explaining why it would be advantageous to do so are annoying.
