Very difficult. Terrible experience and issue still not resolved. A company called southern buckeye is linked to my account and cannot be removed??? When I went to file it kept bringing up my 2024 returns and was preparing an amended return?? A lady named Elizabeth saved the day, she cleared up most issues and is still working on the link with southern buckeye. If not for her the rating would be a 1. She is a 5!!!

I have never had an issue once my taxes were completed by TurboTax because of the accuracy of this program. Very easy and informative as they help me through the process. I have used TurboTax for a very long time. The easy-to-use features and guidance are better than any other online tax preparation.

My experience with TurboTax has been excellent for the past three years. It's a secure platform that saves previous information, eliminating the need to start from scratch and saving a lot of time. What I like most is how it summarizes and compares your financial situation from year to year.

Estimated Tax Payment should be in "Tax Credits" and noted "Must Review" instead of having to search. We almost missed it; we had to research on-line to see where/if Tubo Tax reports what we paid this tax season. Reduced our taxes due over $2k. Scary moment.

This site/service as gotten worse and worse over time. People still use it because it is convenient and have been using it for years. It used to be straight forward, now they confuse you and there are multiple hidden charges. You have to read through tons of fine print rather than them just being up front. Disappointing to say the least.

So very tired of the hidden fees you find at the end of the process. As a whole it was quick to do my own return but two years in a row I was hit with fees totaling no less than $79. My taxes are always easy so they should be free. I don't think I will use TurboTax again only because of the hidden fees.

I have used Turbo Tax every tax season since I was 18. I'm 32 now, and even though my tax situation has gotten ever so slightly more complicated, the only difficulties I've encountered were my of my own doing. Super easy interface with a lot of information about what you're doing and why you're doing it. If you just have a W-2 this is the perfect place to get started with how to self-file your taxes.

Without question, Turbo Tax Online is the best, easiest to use and most thorough Tax preparation software available on the market. Even for a non-accountant, carefully preparing an accurate tax return becomes straightforward and stress-free. Turbo Tax also does a terrific job to ensure that you get your maximum return possible.
