I've been using it for years and it's been great. Until this year. I came back to enter our ID information and it took my husband off my return and put me as single after I had already paid. It changed the total we are getting back, even after I fixed everything. This will most likely be the last year we use turbotax. It's too expensive to be making these errors.

As always, it makes it easy but it rakes you over the coals in fees. 40 to use my refund to pay what was already supposed to be free, than another additional 30 just to have it transferred directly to my bank account. It's honestly not worth it at all. I'm just too lazy to do it myself.

It's fairly easy but the little hidden fees is crazy. Say do your taxes for free but then charge 49 dollars. The if you want to pay with your refund, 49 more dollars. Then direct deposit, yep 35 dollars. Good Lord free means no money guys. Be up front about your cost.

Just easy. Super easy. Alarmingly easy. It's so easy you're gonna think it's a crime. You're gonna be like, "wow this is really easy... Am I breaking the law? Is it illegal for it to be this easy? Should I be worried about the FBI from here out?" But nah fam. That's just Turbo Tax having your back.

Another year filing clean and fast with Turbo Tax! I appreciate all the features, how easy it is, how I can research things and learn so I am confident, and I feel good about filing this way, feeling like I did it on my own, but knowing I have so much support!!

Wouldn't let me file electronically initially because I input exactly as presented on the 1099-R, i.e. zero in box 16. Apparently, you have to input the same number in box 16 as in box 1 even though that is not what the 1099-R shows. Was able to e-file after I did this.

My experience with TurboTax has been awesome! I had initially tried filing myself, but the outcome was going to be in the negative.. So, I decided to try again with TurboTax, without an appointment, and ended up in the positive return category!! Pretty cool that I prepared my own taxes, but they showed me tax breaks I had no idea I could claim! Definitely going to use this company again!

Didn't realize it ran my card before I even filed my taxes. I was just doing an estimate. Was going to have my sister do my taxes as her first year as a tax professional. I guess that won't happen. Last year ever using TurboTax, all they care about is making money. Too many advertisements about paying more money for their additional services

Every year I do my tax return with Turbo Tax, periodically I am asked if I want to upgrade while do the return. I say no, but I am always charged a fee. This year I opted to pay the fee with my tax return. I did not realize both the $39 dollar fee plus $40. I thought that it would cost me a $1 more to have my fee deducted from my return. I still don't know how you can advertise free filling when I pay for it every year and request "FREE".

I never enjoyed paying a CPA hundreds of dollars to file my taxes, until one day my co-worker told me about TurboTax and how it saved her time and money by doing her taxes herself. She even helped me log in and use it the first time 3 years ago, and I'm still using it today! Really enjoy that I can do it at home and that it saves my work if I have to leave it for awhile and get back to it later. So like using TurboTax!
