Extremely frustrating - and RIDICULOUS - in having to agree again and again and again to having input the correct data for interest on CDs. I was asked to confirm data 46 TIMES on the last entry and 23-46 times on each of the last 12 entries (I did not count before then). I was almost going to give up and go with another preparer. In addition, I had to hunt to find how to report pre-paid estimated taxes. I owed money last year and was expected to prepay taxes this year. TurboTax DID prepare and send my taxes to IRS last year, but when checking out I was told you did not file my taxes so I needed to (incorrectly) check that another tax preparer did. Again, frustrating. In addition, I am not happy that I was asked for my username and password to my bank account. I have not been asked for it before and see no reason I should have to give it to you.

I liked it better when I could actually file my taxes without being charged to do so. This is ridiculous, I didn't use an advisors help yet I have to pay you almost $50 to file my taxes? seriously? its a scam! Not to mention every year despite me making approximately the same amount I owe more and more taxes, it doesn't make sense, I think there is a chance I will be switching to another service next year despite being loyal to turbo tax for the past almost 10 years since I started doing my taxes. It just doesn't feel accurate anymore.

I really love using TurboTax to do my taxes, but I don’t appreciate that it wasn’t free this year. I have been filing my taxes with turbotax since 2018 and have alwasy clicked on the “do it myself” option and this year it was no longer free. A bit upsetting.

Very easy to use. I like the option to be able to take a break and come back and continue. The "learn" options are very helpful for clarifying. Great to be able to do it on my free time, night or day! Very accurate. Also enjoy being able to send in my tax statement over the internet!

I use TurboTax every year and usually have no issues. My only issue is that when I went to submit my State Tax return, I was unable to do so due to tax law changes (No Issue with that) and it was stated that I would receive a notification when I was able to, however I never received a notification stating that I was able to submit my state taxes. My other issue is that every time I attempted to continue to attempt to look at/continue my state return, it would require I open in a browser and would not work on my phone.

I have used Intuit Turbox Tax for many years. This is the first time that I have EVER be dissatisfied with the product. It took me 4 days to file a simple tax return. I had to keep trying to figure out how I ended up in Expert Assist Delux mode and then trying to figure out how to get out was even more of a challenge and other features within the site gave me issues. Also, I understand that Turbox Tax needs to make money, but some of fees can be a bit much. I spent $128 dollars in fees just to file a $340 tax return. That's ridiculous! I know there is a "free" version but is it truly free? Now I see why the IRS is trying to make a way for tax filers to file direct in more states instead of using products like Turbo Tax. Hopefully, next year will be better. Once upon a time I highly recommended Turbo Tax to many people.

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years. It has always been a bargain when using my desktop computer and inserting the turbotax cd to complete my taxes. This year, turbotax no longer offers a cd for my windows 10 desktop computer. I am NOT prepared to buy a new computer now just to do my taxes. So I did the online version which ended up costing me $96. I could have had a licensed preparer do my taxes for close to that amount. Also, didn't see the fee until the very end, much higher than the $40 fee shown at the beginning of the process. I will rethink my tax preparer next year for sure!

I have used this for several years to process my tax returns for both federal and state taxes. This year seemed even easier then before and I am getting back more money then I expected. There is help if you need it an pop ups to explain every step of the way. I enjoyed using it.
