Been using TurboTax for over 15 years. Never had an issue. Easiest and most affordable way to file your taxes. Frequent updates after you file to let you know the status of your return and when to expect to receive it. I also love that you can download your previous 8 years of returns. That came in handy this year when both my primary and back up hard drives crashed.

TurboTax and the experts make the Tax Return experience, less stressful. They even directed me to the Sales Tax Deduction Calculator on the IRS website, I didn't even use that last year! And this was important because the sales tax rate is so high compared to where I moved from. I am glad that my Spouse and I have used TurboTax for more that 10 years!

Absolutely trash garbage acts like I’m done and a bout to finish then tells me I have to pay to finish because of some form I can’t fill out without giving them money then they say it’s only gonna be 49$ plus another 39$ then it asks for other 40$ to take it out of my tax return then finally it wants to total it to 180$ without telling me where the extra charge is coming from so they’ll get their money but I’m never using this app again I might as well just go to an accountant and have them do it why should I have to pay you to use the free do it my self option you did nothing but screw me out of $1000 on my return then scam another $200 out of me

Very annoyed! when you hit the back button to edit, it completely kicks you out to the main screen. Then you have to play the search game, and go over everything AGAIN. More hectic compared to before, to many steps to go through. also, over charging when its supposed to be free ?! scam. paying $128, instead of $30, for what? I didn't use a live agent!!!

I didn't appreciate the constant upsell tactics. It's predatory and makes a stressful situation worse. I'm disappointed for choosing to come back to TurboTax this year when I could've filed all of my returns for a third of the price elsewhere. Way too overpriced. Humble yourselves and get rid of the fluff!

i always have a hard time verifying my identity because of my physical address. my house only became visible on google maps just last year when google finally went through all of the streets instead of just the highways. other than that i've been satisfied with turbo tax. fast and efficient! thank you

This is the last time I will be filing with turbotax. I filed with turbotax for a long time now, and always gave me the option to file standard DIY method. Now its forcing me to pay a deluxe upgrade without offering me a standard file. And they get you at the end of filing. When your already done with your taxes and its ready to file. In the beginning it stated it was letting me file for free, at the end after i completed my returns. They give you no other option but to charge. Like I said, I USE to like turbo tax, but now, I will not be filing with turbo tax any longer.

This is the last year I use turbo tax after a decade of loyal use. The program is far more glitchy than ever before. the hidden fees added that have no need or explanation. The reviews kept trying to force me to mark inaccurate information and did not match the instructions. The overall cost has gone up. I requested my older accounts that were tied to another organization be deleted....still not done. I have no reason to return as a user.

Was a little disappointed in the price filing since I did majority of the work and just used this platform. At first it stated $39 then after you enter all your information they let you know its over $100 after you had filled everything in. I won't be using this option for next year.

When asking for the document number on the state ID, it was not very specific about how to enter it correctly. Also the price has went up drastically just to file my own taxes. I am United States Veteran. An extra $40 just to process my refund and have it removed from my federal return in addition to the extra $88 I am being charged just to do my own return is absurd and overcharge. Are there not other options for veterans?
