I think it is a ripoff actually. Everyone says you can do it for free but YOU CANT. There is no " free" option. You can't move forward until you choose deluxe. You end up paying at least $100 . Total lies. I didn't need help as my information has been same for years. I have NEVER been able to file for free!

My husband and I live in different states. I was unable to do his state income tax return because it would not give us the option of not living in the same state. It was completely useless in our situation. I imagine that many people who are married live in separate states. This needs to be fixed. I ALSO THINKI I DUMB THAT I MUST HAVE A NICK NAME TO ENTER THIS

I have used turbo tax for years. have always used the desk top version until this year. I found this version a little more difficult to use, however A phone call I received back from one of your staff helped me with one area I was having a problem with. She was very helpful and patient with me. I thank her very much.

This year's program was not as good as previous years' programs were. It crashed on me multiple times, and the calculations for our simple return took a LONG time compared to previous years. Even so, the price went up 25%!!!!! If this continues, I will look elsewhere next year, despite the convenience of having information saved to be carried forward.

I am extremely disappointed by the deceptive set up of turbo tax. I have faithfully filed my taxes through turbo tax for years and feel taken advantage of. I was automatically sent to premier when my situation qualified for deluxe. Had I not searched for the hidden button to downgrade, you would have profited $51 for no extra forms or support. Then I come to the part to select how to receive my refund and direct deposit isn’t shown as an option only Credit Karma or PAY $35 to get 5 days faster. AGAIN you have to look for the drop down to find the option for direct deposit. So there is another $70. Sounds like misleading unfair acts that cause financial harm.

This has been the worst experience i have had with turbo tax, been using the product since launch. Ai ruined this service. Features feel incomplete, guidance is inaccurate and confusing and the last minute nickle and dime additions in price werent great either

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it has always been easy but it seems every year it gets easier. This year I did my taxes in under an hour and a half and that is with going to get all the digital forms needed by them. Really great way to do taxes.

My wife and I have been using Turbo Tax for Years. The interface is easy to use and understandable prompts are at every decision point. I did finally hit my first hiccup this year though, as it told me to not use my amended information, but the original non-amended return for identification purposes. It was incorrect in its proposed usage and the return has been rejected once so far. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the services as usual.

I've been using turbo tax for many years and I really appreciate that I don't have to keep up with all the IRS changes because Turbo tax does it for me. The process is simple, accurate and inexpensive! Especially this year with all the Trump Changes.

TurboTax is way beyond appropriate monetization now. I will be going somewhere else next year. It's sad because I've been using this service for like 10 years. Pay a fee to use e-filing? Pay a fee to get direct deposit? Pay a fee to file federal, and a separate fee for state? Pay a fee for TurboTax to take the payment out of your return? Absurd. Thanks for the years of service.
