The explanations were not thorough enough, any questions I had were not answered and it kept trying to charge me after every step. Only to end up with an additional $88 charge and another $40 if I wanted to use my return. I still had to input all my information because they "forgot" my information from last year since I didn't pay them. It's a money grab and I think its terrible.

turbo-tax is great because it is easy and fast, however; it sucks because they throw so many fees on top of you right at the end that are not disclosed till it is too late to check out another tax website and acureatly concider how much you have to spend.

I had so much trouble with my 1098-T form it wasn’t going through an I ended up having to call customer support and this wonderful lady helped me we were on the phone for about an hour but she was very patient and polite with me the entire time and was eventually able to solve my issue. Her name was Irma she was very helpful thank you

The process is simple, I don't agree with having to pay $149 when I input the information and the system pulls the W-2. I understand your company is in it for the money, but $35 to put it in an account and $40 for something else etc. But I guess I don't have too many choices.

I finished much faster than expected and felt confident filing, which matters when you’re already juggling work and life stress. Fees aren’t zero, but the clarity and peace of mind were worth it. I’d rather pay once and file clean than deal with IRS headaches later.

First time I was told about doing my taxes I was worried, afraid and lost. I was told to use TurboTax and since then I have not been scared to do them. They make it easy, simple to understand, easy to read and provide great information regarding the process.

I have been using turbo tax and doing my own taxes for almost 15 years! When I first started, it was simple, easy to navigate, and if I was unsure, it gave me the information I needed. I will never go back to taking my taxes to someone else to do, and I will never switch up and use a different site! Turbo Tax for the win ALWAYS!

Loved Turbo Tax in the past but this year forced me to pay for Do it Yourself. Would not let me just pay for it with my return. Just forked over a ton of money for no reason and when I asked to pay for this with my return it just kept booting me back and wouldn't allow me to file unless I paid via card. Horrible experience and will be looking at a different company next year to file my taxes.

I've been using TurboTax for about 20years. The information is always up to date with the latest rules and regulations, my previous information is saved to my account making it easier and faster to file, and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg! TurboTax is so easy, that I've shown multiple people how to use it and now they use it to file their taxes too! Why would I go anywhere else?!
