Turbo Tax is easy to use and it steps you through the process helping you to make sure your taxes are done accurately and with the best return possible. I have used it every year for at least 8 years now without any issues! If you would like, tax assistance is available for you, as well.

I have been a turbo tax member for many years. I hate the change to an on line format instead of a disc. I had problems logging in and I just do not like the new format. It did not integrate previous years data, forcing me to re-enter everything. The fees you are charging now are outrageous. I am not longer a Turbo Tax user. I will use a different service in the future. Basically, I hate this change. Get rid of the AI and go back to customer service.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and was a little surprised that it did not follow the simpler "follow me" type assistance in guiding me through the process. Could be simpler and quicker to complete the whole process. I other words, make is simpler but yet efficient in completing the various steps. Bottom line, you dotted all the crossed all the "Ts" in completing your objectives.

Easy to use and quick! Walks you through each process. The only thing I wish was that you could restart a section without it trying to fill in for you. I did not know EIN for daycare and was never able to enter it once I had the information. I tried using the help bar but it was not useful in restarting. The system knew I had said I didn't know it and would not take me back to the screen so I could enter.

It told me that I did not use Turbo Tax last year to submit my taxes but I did. I even had my Turbo Tax Desktop info transferred over to 2025 Turbo online. Also, it kept telling me that one of my dependents was eligible for the TrumpAcct but all my dependents were born before 2025.

I had a very simple tax return, and thought I was filing "Turbo Tax Free" (though I knew I'd have to pay to file my state return). As it turns out, I didn't know until the very end of the process that I would be paying fees for both. With that said, the process was straightforward and uncomplicated, so paying a modest fee is acceptable, eve though I feel I should have been informed earlier in the process.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Its an excellent product, and I will continue to use this product in the future. It ensures that my filing is correct, and with multiple levels of review to confirm all the information is correct and accurate. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to use a reliable product that ensures everything will be correct when they file their taces

I have filed my taxes with TurboTax for many years. This will be my last year. They charged me to $49 to file $25 to the deposit the money into my bank account ( unless you choose credit Karma Account ) and then $35 for Early deposit. I did not want that. I tried to bypass that , it would not allow me. I think this is just a scam, I will not be returning next year

Loved Turbo Tax in the past but this year forced me to pay for Do it Yourself. Would not let me just pay for it with my return. Just forked over a ton of money for no reason and when I asked to pay for this with my return it just kept booting me back and wouldn't allow me to file unless I paid via card. Horrible experience and will be looking at a different company next year to file my taxes.

Everything was great? Fast and accurate help. However I did not sign up for deluxe help and was charged $132.00 which I did not sign up for... I had no way to go back and had to pay this. This was very disappointing and misleading Otherwise everything was great
