I've been using it now for over 5 years and its so simple and easy and if your refund is rejected then its very simple to walk back through the steps to correct. I dont like how they raised the prices this year but its still cheaper than any other tax office.

It was very straight forward filing myself with no add-ons; however, somewhere along the lies I guess I chose a promotion and ended up having to pay at the end. I paid it to avoid any errors in my filing. Overall quick, easy, and helpful service and I recommend to others.

TurboTax is a waste of money. I end up paying you 49 dollars to do all the work myself and then if I want you to just take the payment out of the refund, I have to pay you 40 dollars to simply send me less money digitally to my bank. It's stupid and a money grab.

We made less than $75,000 married filing jointly, yet your software forced me to pay for an upgrade due to medicaid form 8959. This form is needed if you make over $250,000, i double checked box 5 on all incomes yet it would not let me continue without upgrading and paying $88. This seems like a new bait and switch tactic like turbotax used several years ago while deciving people to upgrade when they didnt need to.

Gives best return out of all the "free" software out there, their use of free is just a marketing tool. Be prepared to pay just to file be it them forcing you to upgrade to deluxe or an extra $50 charge to pay with your tax return money, on top of the extra charge for them finding you a tax break. you shouldn't have to pay for deluxe because you qualify for a 401k or Roth IRA credit. easy to use but they hide all of the fees until the end. DO NOT BELIEVE THE WORDS FREE

It was awful when it came time to submit. I tried several times but it kept giving me the following message: We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Invalid method of payment value for TBM feature: Refund: Traditional Check The ONLY way I could get it to go through is by paying you another $35 for expedited payment.

This is my first time doing my taxes on my own after may years of having an accountant doing it. Thank goodness for turbo tax I got two returns and I always paid money out and never understood why! This was very well laid out and happy to have found out how to file using this platform.

I have been filing with TurboTax for more than 10 years now. Most years my returns are pretty standard, but sometimes I have an unusual income/expense and TurboTax guides me through it without any problems. I have never had any issues with the IRS on my returns due to the accuracy and always receive my refund in a timely manner. It is also nice that the site works well on any operating system and keeps you apprised of your potential return/payment.

After being gouged by a professional service that charged over $500 for the service -- gracious sakes, I'm a retired teacher with no such discretionary funds! -- I sought alternatives. TurboTax is so very easy to use and incredibly accurate! The additional services offered, if I required them, are reassuring. The care and guidance on-screen is just like a face-to-face with a person, checking, verifying, re-checking, finalizing. Instead of being a grind, I actually enjoy working with TurboTax! Mark me a very satisfied client. We'll be seeing you again next year!

Problem with Verification to my email address - was not receiving - had to change to another email address FYI was a brand-new account I had created just for taxes, had tested account, so no way was I blocking Intuit, and I checked SPAM folder - also no alternative (did not offer send TXT msg to cellphone) When I logged back in did not pick up where I left off Tiresome repeated attempts to sell additional services When I was at final step - wanted to send updates to wrong (see above) email - even though I had changed my Intuit account to an email address that worked
