I think turbo tax is misleading, all along I was asked if I wanted to upgrade plan and I chose the option file free. only to find out at the end that I was actually being charged $88 which at no point did it say I'll be charged that amount. It was finally shown to me at the end, when I had already finished with everything and at that point you feel like you've invested all this time, might as well file and pay. such a scam, If you want to file free go to the IRS website.

Been using TurboTax for many years. Every year less is offered and the price increases and they want more and more information to reference across all their products to interconnect me to all their platforms to sell me more services, which I don't want, as I don't like too much technology in my life, however, I appreciate their transparency. The TurboTax program is easy to use for my needs.

Turbo tax doesn't allow you you to print your state return still working on it. Got me back and forth 10 times to fix the last page that didn't allow me to make corrections. Finally they e-filed only after I chose to pay $35 to get my money 5 days early. What a casualty?! They said for free and I ended up paying $173.00 so it's not free.

The fact that I was charged $35 to have the Federal direct deposited into my bank was outrageous but because I spent my time (which you charged me $39 for) I went ahead with it then you charged me for a Turbo Tax states thing. No clue what that was about. So not happy with the hidden fee or the fact that there was no way to say no to a $35 charge.

I have been filing using Turbo Tax for many years. This year's version was easy to use and the software provides good guidance for filers. I think the filing process was much more cumbersome than past years. I think I had to electronically sign 4 times, at least. It is compatible with my new computer and the accuracy of Turbo Tax has always been good. I never have to worry that the filings are incorrect.

TurboTax made a normally stressful process clear and manageable. The step-by-step guidance, helpful explanations, and built-in checks gave me confidence that my federal and state returns were completed accurately. The interface is easy to navigate and keeps everything organized. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

This will be the last year, I use turbo Tax the added fees are ridiculous, especially the $35 fee to get direct deposit to a bank account, instead of to their crappy debt card system they use. $163 to file a simple state and federal return and have it deposited to my bank account.

The fact that turbo tax advertises for filing for free is extremely misleading. Not to mention the cost to file federal and then state is outrageous. Then if i want to pay with my taxes you are charging additional payment, I understand paying for this service if i was actually speaking with a tax agent who honestly is just some random person following a script not an actual tax finance person. The whole tax system is a giant scam against the people but here we are following like sheep so the "man" doesn't come after us. Why are we taxed on money then taxed again and again and again. You don't have these answers because you are a money hungry app created to use and abuse us.

Everything was great? Fast and accurate help. However I did not sign up for deluxe help and was charged $132.00 which I did not sign up for... I had no way to go back and had to pay this. This was very disappointing and misleading Otherwise everything was great
