The platform is easy to use, gives a lot of information along the way, with easy ways to get more information on each topic. I did have a few issues at the end just due to one of our state returns had to be filed by mail. That was the only part that was not very clear about how to go back to the screen to pick and choose what to file by mail and what to refile.

TurboTax is so easy to use and I love the way they review everything to make sure the numbers are correct. I got this done in less than two hours with a half hour break. I also love that I can get my return five days early. Good job! See you again next year

I am not happy that I have to pay $40 to have turbo tax assist in putting my return in my bank. To do my taxes it ends up costing me $89 dollar for turbo and additional $40 to electronic filing which means I have paid twice for the privilege of filing electronically.

TurboTax has always been a great tool to take the stress and complexity out of filing taxes. The last two years, especially, have been notable for how good they've become at walking the user through exceptions and nuances of reporting. I'm so thankful to have used them for the last fifteen years!

Every year I get upset all over again that instead of being able to easily submit my taxes online directly to the IRS for free, companies like Turbo Tax bribed our politicians so that they can make billions. I literally just take the standard deduction every year. We need to get money out of politics.

Even though I filed without assistance, she is the customer service representative that stopped me at the store and told me I could file using Turbo Tax. I told her I was not confident and she gave me the confidence to still file. I am so grateful for having met her and her giving me the confidence to file on my own.

I have used TurboTax for years and you can't beat the accuracy and the additional guideance if needed. It is easy to use and walks me through each step. I like that it can read my tax forms and automatically fill out a lot of the information ensuring its accuracy.

I was told that the Additional Medicare tax applied to me and that I had to pay for the DIY deluxe version to file my taxes. I make well under the Additional Medicare tax threshold. I should have been able to file my taxes for free, but I didn't feel like that was an option. Horrible service.

Every year its the same. You ask 3+ times for the Max upgrade after declining every single time, and then hide an additional fee on the back end instead of just being up front about out. Trash marketing scams. I have to ask myself why I use this service every year and I actually think I'm not going to next year. Other than that, I guess its helpful. Also this review window is a pain to type in with the AI bull trying to process every word.

Charging for filing taxes is shady practice. Especially when the user enters in their own information. Hidden fees added for paying for the services with your tax return. Shady all around. Will not be returning next year. Should have known when there were multiple lawsuits and data leaks.
