TurboTax made a normally stressful process clear and manageable. The step-by-step guidance, helpful explanations, and built-in checks gave me confidence that my federal and state returns were completed accurately. Only reputable I have to the process of filling with TurboTax are the three added fees applied at the end for filling unemployment, getting the refund sent to my personal banking intuition via direct deposit, and the fee to have TurboTax fees taking out of the refund.

Turbo Tax is user friendly. I used the website rather than purchasing TurboTax at a retail store. I had an inuit glitch that prevented my e-filing. A TurboTax rep was able to sort out the problem and walk me through corrective action. The AI phone tree needs improvement if calling with an issue.

I have been using TurboTax since 2017. I can assure you that TurboTax is the best DIY filing service there is. Those who say TurboTax misses them extra money just doesn't know what they're doing. I've taken my w2 to other tax preparers just to compare numbers and TurboTax wins every time because people want to charge you hundreds of dollars extra just because they see the amount of your refund. Do your taxes yourself, pay for the tools that Turbo Tax gives you, they even give you a real, live, and in time tax expert to help you. I promise you will come out way cheaper using Turbo Tax

Great at convenience, but there are a lot of hidden fees that you get hit with toward the end of filing. It feels a little like a trap to go through all the filing paperwork and be surprised 3 or 4 times with added fees to finalize and submit your taxes. Otherwise, you'd have to delete and revise all the work you just did and find a different way to file... Which I feel like they know and can easily expect people to say, "oh well, I already came this far" and just pay the extra fees. Which is what I did... So, oh well, I guess.

It's an extremely easy and user friendly product. they offered help throughout the process and gave me plenty of opportunity to use their assistance features it linked wit my employers and helped fill in info which was incredibly helpful and it didn't miss any information.

Fairly easy to do! Somethings were not as easy to understand at first but was able to get the jest of what was needed. I have always bought the turbo tax CD this is the first time using from internet. I liked being able to see the forms as I go, couldn't do that here till the end. But otherwise easy to use!

Was very easy for me to enter my information, just needed my w2, last years return, and some personal info i already had on hand took me a couple of hours for my first time. Next time ill be quicker if everything works out the way it should. Last thing i saved about $600 thanks to intuit

Still cheaper than in person tax preparation but prices are too high. Charing $40 to use my federal refund to pay to use Turbo Tax then charging $30 to direct deposit is making the total almost $200 including the minimum fee for the Turbo Tax software is ridiculous for a low income citizen.
