It's a good product but they have slid downwards into aggressive predatory practices. It'll lead you to opt in for a bank account with them for "$0" cost or a $55 fee to get your refund back 5 days earlier before giving you the option to get your returns in a normal fashion.

I was forced to go w deluxe to file and I don’t understand why feel like I just got hit with a money grab and forced to buy an option I DID NOT want in the first place, and to be charged an extra $40 just to pay w my refund is ridiculous when I DID NOT want the so called “upgraded package”

Easy, simple and quick to do. Very helpful and useful. The questions are accurate and easy to answer. The features of the helpful hints help me understand the questions better. Overall, amazing experience, I've used this software time and time again.

Experience very good with the exception of the new Senior Bonus Deduction was not given a detail information of where it was addressed to be inputted during the filing. It made the process a bit confusing (since it was something new). Otherwise as with my previous filings the process was Good>

I have been filing using Turbo Tax for many years. This year's version was easy to use and the software provides good guidance for filers. I think the filing process was much more cumbersome than past years. I think I had to electronically sign 4 times, at least. It is compatible with my new computer and the accuracy of Turbo Tax has always been good. I never have to worry that the filings are incorrect.

Turbo tax is easy and really simple to use ! Anytime I dont understand something they usually have question marks near each question and when you're unsure, you click it to get a better explanation! If you cant find it, the search button is easy to use ! Turbo tax is very thorough too !

1. Been using TurboTax for years, but each year it seems to get wonkier and wonkier. This year it simply stopped working a number of times before I was able to complete my return. 2. Ongoing issue with the New York interface...(tax withheld cannot be greater than gross distribution) without telling me how to fix it. 3. Finally, the push ads to get the user to sign up for additional support are too frequent. Maybe once when you start, and again before you file, but as it is now it makes the whole process slower than it should be and, frankly, intrusive.

I had problems with several of the features. The main problem being the uploading of W-2s when I would try to take a picture it would kick me out and I would have to log back in. When I attempted to upload the w2 it said it was not supported even though the file type was listed as a supported type. File taxes is already a pain and while the hiccups weren't major it was just enough to make the process super frustrating.

There was no scroll bar on most pages. Also, there is a bug with the dependent decision. I messed up and was unable to go back and look at the previous page with the questions. I tried help and it gave me instructions for selections that do not exist. This version is buggy.
