Turbo Tax is easy to use, understand, and get filed faster with e-file. They found me a credit that I did not even know about! If not for that....I would not have any money from filing. But thanks to their knowledge and resources, Im getting over $1000...woohooo.

Company says its free and then waits until you have gone through over 30 minutes of paperwork to tell you have to upgrade to the middle selection, and dont believe it when it says its 40 dollars, cause its 157. Extremely displeased to see that Turbo Tax is still using their predatory features.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the slowest website I have ever used in my life. What should have taken me about an hour instead took me THREE HOURS. I kept having to refresh the page, log out and log back in, etc. The pages constantly just kept loading and loading and loading and never actually loading. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not use this platform again.

I had a question about my return and called the expert. She returned my call in 30 minutes and was so kind and knowledgeable. She hung in there with me until I understood what needed to be done. Also, she told me if I had more questions to call her back. Doing your taxes can be tricky, but Intuit Turbo Tax makes it easy. I've been using it for more than 20 years. Thanks for a great product!

I feel like there are hidden fees that they stick you with after spending an hour entering your information. So, if you're like me, you'll begrudgingly proceed. You'd think I'd try a different option after feeling like this every year, but I haven't. I'm curious if the competition employs similar tactics. Their application is pretty solid, however.

My ex told me to switch before I filled this out and I should have listened to her. I'm not doing this again next year and I'm advising everyone else not to either. There's better sites that would've taken me less time without all the ads slowing me down. I did not need the extra features and by time I finally got to the end, it finally added the cost to my cart and I was too annoyed to restart. I'm never doing this again.

I had to select the 5 day early refund option and pay a $35 fee from my return. It would not let me complete the return without agreeing to this $35 fee, after I already paid $40 for Turbotax. Turbotax ended up costing me $75, when it should have been $40.

I love using turbo tax every year. It's quick and easy to use. It usually only takes me about half an hour because they often keep track of a lot of my information, so I don't have to spend a lot of time reentering information that hasn't changed. They also have a lot of helpful tools, like being able to anytime as an AI or a live expert question, or having information taps next to topics, works, etc. that will explain what it is, or what you're looking for. Thank you, Turbo Tax for making one of the biggest headaches of the year, a lot easier to deal with!

Every since Credit Karma has switched to Turbo Tax I have had to pay for my taxes. I have been doing my own taxes well over 20 years and only the last two have i had to pay almost 100 dollars just to file. Meanwhile my sister has only ever done Turbo Tax and doesn't pay anything, I don't find that far when we are forced into the company. It's a great easy system just hate that I have been such a loyal Credit karma person doing taxes for free and being forced to pay now
