The fact that turbo tax advertises for filing for free is extremely misleading. Not to mention the cost to file federal and then state is outrageous. Then if i want to pay with my taxes you are charging additional payment, I understand paying for this service if i was actually speaking with a tax agent who honestly is just some random person following a script not an actual tax finance person. The whole tax system is a giant scam against the people but here we are following like sheep so the "man" doesn't come after us. Why are we taxed on money then taxed again and again and again. You don't have these answers because you are a money hungry app created to use and abuse us.

Turbotax was a lot easier than I thought. The step by step process guides you through and clearly defines where you are in the process. I did have a spot where I messed up and forgot to add something. Using the search bar, I typed in what I needed to add and it took me right to the section needed. I will definitely use this program for future taxes.

For the most part Turbo Tax is user friendly. However this year I had to look for additional tax deductions without Turbo Tax prompting me for them. I almost filed without significant deductions I would have missed out on. That is why I only gave 4 Stars instead of 5. I would give 4 1/2 Stars if I could.

Turbo Tax has a easy to use interface and format ! I have been using this service for several years with trusted accuracy. The features for deductions are easy to understand. The platform is compatible with my android phone. So easy to use as it guides you along on your personal Tax journey..

This has been the worst experience i have had with turbo tax, been using the product since launch. Ai ruined this service. Features feel incomplete, guidance is inaccurate and confusing and the last minute nickle and dime additions in price werent great either

Once again using Turbo Tax made filing easy as can be for me. Even with some additions for a clean vehicle purchase and the tax credit was also easy to fill out. The expert that I talked to was great in checking my return and helping to make sure that I got everything entered correctly.

I really like how I can ask a question at any given box or question turbo asks! I can then read and make sure I am checking the correct box and entering the right information. It gives me confidence and teaches me, I really like learning about the new tax laws and most important tax breaks!! Turbo is very user friendly, and every time I have had to talk to any of their tax people to figure out something I couldn't on my own they have been fantastic, respectful, and kind. I have never felt like any talks down to me!!

I've used TurboTax for years and I absolutely hate this version!!! If I cannot buy a CD in the future, I will find another program to use. Every year I do most of my family members' taxes - wondering if I can do multiple tax returns with this product! Probably not since every page (just about) you are asking me to purchase something else. I'm furious that I cannot open the tax return from 2024 for the grandchild I just completed a return for. We had to take more time to go to the IRS site and get a transcript of that return. I'm also frustrated that I cannot change the tracking and notification email and phone number to her email and phone number. I also do not like that AI is being employed - humans are getting very lazy - and charging more $$$. This is the worst year in my experience with Turbo Tax - it may be my last!

Harder than previous years. Government pin given in previous year never works on your site resulting in a long process of verification. While looking for spouses driver license Info you timed me out and I had to redo some info. You advertise free filing then charge a fee. HR Block is much easier and I will use them going forward.

EASY To file if you have a 1040 (Etc) VERY disappointed in having to pay to file this year. started over refiling twice & still am not certain why the system charged me 124$ !!! Could not get the site to explain WHY i was charge. I clicked "NO" for the upgrades several times. Going back and forth. i would rather have watched an hours worth of commercials. Did not have time to shop around this year. I will be looking for a different, ACTUALLY free service next year.
